Sales team could literally sell anyone a bridge, which then the things that’s are promised are not carried out by the fitters or the customer service team. Lack of communication through the departments is shocking. Fitters were lovely, however felt really rushed, they dropped something from the bathroom floor which damaged my kitchen ceiling leaving dirty toilet water in my kitchen sink! Work was completed but wasn’t happy so had to get a second visit out. Months later still getting phone calls / texts badgering us for feedback - so there ya go 👍🏼 Would not use again.
