Windows Plus Roofs Limited T/a Kitchens Plus

We were sold a dream kitchen, survey confirming everything was fine and we were happy to pay the extra for a higher spec oven. The self employed electricians, plumber, plasterer and fitters all did a fantastic job with what was delivered of our kitchen, some doors missing, others the wrong size. Some of the cabinet carcasses are the wrong colour, others too big needing cut down. The fitter did the best he could, David from Kitchens Plus promising to get it sorted. When chased, David said he has a page and a half of customers who have problems (30 lines per page makes that 45 customers). We were promised that fitter would be out today, some two weeks after initial installation. I have chased again today, my call going to voicemail five hours ago with no reply. I am ashamed to attach pictures of our not so shiny kitchen. Customer service is an absolute disgrace, yet I still hear Tim Healy promoting their business on the radio. Is he proud to be associated with this?
