Kitchens from Hell more like - We had kitchens plus to fit our new kitchen, which started April this year. We had problems from the start and to date mid August the kitchen is still not complete. The excitement of having our first brand new kitchen soon turned into a nightmare. The tiling was the biggest problem, but also bench top was damaged floor was damaged and tiles had to come off as they were not satisfactory. After going to trading standards we got a refund of the cost of the tiles and tiler. We now have sourced our own tiler to do the job but can not get it done until October. Avoid this company like the plague!!! We did put a seven page complaint in to the company but got no response. Every time we rang to speak to the person dealing with our kitchen they were not available and were always promised a call back - that never happened. We would never use this company again nor recommend it to anyone.
