Image Property Services

I found Mr Paul Phillips on mybuilder.com under the name of Image Property services He came out to give me a quote for repairing the ridge tiles on my roof and also replacing my 2 external back doors. We agreed a price I paid a deposit he came out and dropped off 2 lads to do the jobs and a couple of other little jobs I had asked him to do.That time it was ok there was a couple of issues which were resolved. The work was satisfactory. I then asked him to do another job for me replacing my interior back door and fit a new cat flap I paid him £50 deposit. This was back in 20th JUne 2016 ,I kept sending him texts throughout July asking when he could fit the door, he sent me a photo of a second hand door I said yes that's ok and that is where I kept on sending him texts with days when I was off for him to fit it I made arrangements for other people to be in waiting for him on the 22nd July and that's when he said his mother was ill in hospital in Middlesbrough and he couldn't make it and I was in Italy on Holiday. I had called him the day before I went away and spoke to him it sounded as though his mother wasn't going to make it. So I left it until I came back home in 3rd AUgust. I have sent him texts on the 11th/20th and the 31st August asking him what's going on and can he please contact me. Still no reply from him Now I have asked for a refund because I have noticed on here he has actually been doing jobs for other people for example on the 3rd august when I returned from my holidays. So he is obviously ignoring me now. But I am going to track him down and confront him for my money back. I know on google maps his business is run from his home address and is on Brackenfield road in Framwell Gate moor in Durham DH1 5HX, You hear of builders who do this to people and think they can get away with it, well I worked bloody hard for my money and want it back, he's picked on the wrong one to do this to. It makes me wonder if his mother was actually ill at all.
