Have to agreed entirely with previous customer. I paid Paul Phillips £100 deposit in April 2015 for a job which I cancelled because he did not turn up when stated and did not come back to me with alternative dates. I am STILL waiting for the return of my deposit. I have taken this to the small claims and a warrant issued. I am STILL waiting. I do not consider this a good business practice. I am on a senior pension and certainly cannot afford to be out of pocket. It is causing me so much upset and strain.
