I have given Image Property Services 1 star and that is purely because they cleaned up after they did the job. Please do no use this firm. Don't get me wrong Paul comes across as a real nice fella but honestly do not use this firm. The double glazing they put in my home is rubbish. When its windy the windows whistle and the wind howls through them - so much so you have to turn the television up. All the sealant has come away from the round the windows. The front door - OMG - we have already had to get another firm out the try to sort the frame out as it was leaking and the wind was howling. The guy from the other firm showed me the state of the door front door frame and it hadn't even been secured in. I have asked for a guarantee and a receipt and I haven't been given one. I have written, tried to phone and emailed but I have had no reply. To be honest I think now that even if they cam back I wouldn't have them back in my house. Like I said, Paul comes across as a really nice guy but his customer after-care and the standard of his work is absolute rubbish.
