do not have anything to do with this company . had windows and doors fitted incorrectly which leaked badly around glass and frame causing tiles to lift on floor and plaster and paint to be damaged.on complaining we eventually got most things done after many phone calls and threats of court action but no damage rectified.after 3 front door replacements. and 5 fitters coming out to try and get the front door fitted correctly after approx 25 phone calls and emails phil williams informed us that it is our fault for not maintaining the door which has been done at regular intervals. considering that it was confirmed by the fitters that it is there fitting which started this problem. so now have a door that cannot be used and will now have to take court action if this is not rectified beware do not go near this company
Set up ladder in our garden to work on our neighbours' house. The workmen didn't even ask if that was ok. In the process were jumping off the ladder onto our plants, seriously damaging two well established shrubs. To add insult we found they had left rubbish from their work in our garden - so we had that to pick up plus pruning back shrubs in the hope of saving them, then taking the big bag of branches to the dump. Initial contact got the response that the workers do their best to leave the site clean - nothing about the other issues. Have since phoned and emailed but not even an acknowledgement that they have done anything wrong. Had they just apologised after my first email I would not have written this review. They are unprofessional, arrogant and unkind.
Having already left a review regarding the terrible workmanship and shocking customer service Newquay Plastics provided me, I unfortunately have to leave another. 2 of the glass roof units have since failed in different ways and they refuse to honour the 10 year guarantee they gave me. Appalling.
Newquay Plastics fitted a new composite door at the end of 2015. There was a leak which investigated several times by Newquay Plastics and not resolved. My husband found that the letterbox was leaking and fixed it with mastic. During 2018/19 the door colour started to fade badly and I contacted NP in March 2019 to claim a replacement under warranty. It was finally fitted yesterday 26th November 2019. I understand that the manufacturer was slow to replace the door but the back office service from NP was awful. I chased on countless occasions but rarely got return calls and follow ups to the manufacturer were not implemented unless I chased. Eventually in August I contacted their Salesman Phil who does follow through and is efficient and he got things moving for a while. To add insult to injury, no Fitter turned up on the 1st installation date due to incompetence in the office by someone. 3 weeks later, for the second attempt, the Fitter came in the afternoon when a Morning slot was allocated to us. The office didn’t even know which Fitter was allocated to us! They say they strive to give attention to detail. That can only be a joke!
Absolutely the worst . Terrible customer service. Shocking workmanship. I waited 9 weeks only to cancel the order because it was completely wrong. How do companies like this stay in business. Terrible, terrible terrible .
Terrible from start to finish. Poor workmanship, poor communication, poor time keeping and most of them just downright rude. Would never use again. A new roof with very badly fitted lead flashing which leaked significantly. Took more than 2 years and a lot of wasted time to get them to put it right.
Shocking service! Ignored specifications given when placing the order, took further 5.5 weeks, on top of original 8, to complete the job. Thought there was nothing wrong and no apology or compensation offered. Overpriced door with poor service. Won't recommend! There are cheaper options that know what they're doing!
We had new windows, french doors & guttering replaced but whilst doing a quote they never mentioned fascias needed doing as well!? Awful customer service, guys turned up when they liked, no contact from office after work finished. Had to phone twice and 2 weeks after work was finished we finally got our guarantee, we need a new conservatory but we will be looking for another company.
Purchased glass roof to existing porch. Job carried out efficiently and speedily. Have since had a problem with a leak. Have now phoned company 4 times (first call on 29 March), today have been told they will come and look at this problem on 4 June (over 2 months ). When job was carried out I rang and paid the next day.

NP Plastics carried out the work in a very professional manner and with pride for what they do. the installer ( Alan) was a very friendly guy who worked very hard, cleared up after himself and also had a lot of pride for his work.
the quality of these windows is excellent and there is no need to do any follow up decoration or touch up as all the work was carried out at a top class manner
after NP Plastics installed our doors, facia and guttering last year with excellent results, we couldn't ask anyone else to install our windows, and we were right.

They don't hassle people to buy their product like a lot of other companies do, all the work that I have had done has been installed to a high standard by their friendly work force and nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend and will be using them again for any future projects.
Excellent service from beginning to end. Newquay Plastics were prompt to come and quote and the quote is valid for 2 years. They are not pushy sales people - we took a couple of months to make the decision but they didn't once pester us. The installation was done in a clean and efficient manner and we are very happy with the quality of the products and the workmanship.

Newquay Plastics replaced all our upstairs Windows and fitted a new front door. Julian worked hard in blazing sunshine and drizzle, and the quality of his work was first class. He cleared up any debris and hoovered at the end of every day, which was a nice surprise.
The quality of the Windows and Front door is second to none.
I knew using Newquay Plastics was the right choice, right from the first meeting with the non- pushy salesman. All the window designs were mine with some advice from the salesman.
We will certainly return to Newquay Plastics when we have more funds to complete our renovations. Well recommended!

We have recently had our fascias,soffits and guttering replaced by Newquay Plastics following the recommendation of a neighbour. They are a very reliable and responsive company with good products and acheive excellent results whilst remaining competetively priced.

I almost never write reviews – if something is poor, I deal directly with the supplier, if it is good, I think that is what I paid for anyway. I am making an exception for Newquay Plastics. Having moved to a house with an amazing view I decided I wanted to remove the large window in the living area and replace it with one that was even bigger and went to the floor. I included Newquay Plastics in the firms I sought quotes from because I had heard their (very annoying but effective) radio advertising. I contacted five firms altogether, a mix of local, national and specialist. I would like to say that Newquay Plastics were competitive but actually they were the only firm prepared to take on the job at all. Everyone else presented me with a list of reasons why it could not be done. Newquay Plastics merely suggested that they would need to be very careful carrying a double glazed unit of toughed glass more than 2 meters square and weighing 120 kg, up 37 narrow, winding and stone sided steps. I received a visit the day after I rang for a quote. I was given a verbal quote on the spot, followed up with a written one which was adapted favorably as I refined what I wanted. I was given a date for a surveyor to visit and an installation date – both of which were kept to, and which were within weeks. Whilst I had to remove a radiator, everything else was handled by Newquay Plastics who removed block work and the old window (without damaging it as I intended to reuse it in a building in the garden), installed the new one, re-plastered the wall, removed all the rubbish and rubble, and returned the following day to complete the seals and finish off. They have also visited twice since to make minor adjustments at my request, and have been extremely responsive to communication whether by phone or email. They have provided me with all the relevant paperwork to show that the window was installed compliantly and I have a 10 year guarantee. I am absolutely delighted with my window and honestly cannot fault the product, service or firm. It astonishes me that something nobody else would touch could be done seemingly effortlessly by Newquay Plastics. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Our bungalow has now had the attention of five company,s over the years some experiences needed a lot to be desired, and in fact put us off the latest project for a long while. However we have say this was the best service from start finish, even the visit to the factory was a pleasurable one with so much time and patience while we selected our items.
Darren the fitter was first class and cleaning and vacuuming throughout the installation, the pride he showed in finishing the job was superb he is a person who really cares about the finished result.
It is a shame we did not come to Newquay Plastics before as the others company,s promjsed more and did not fulfill their promise in our opinion.
Well done Newquay Plastics we will call you again for sure when we are due for other replacements
