This company phoned my father in law who is a vulnerable adult 78 year old. They initially claimed to be a company called Weather Seal? and he is entitled to a massive discount for double glazing through a government scheme They made an appointment at 4pm and did not show until 6pm by which time my wife had arrived, thankfully. My wife asked for ID which he did not have? He could not give her a business card and claimed he had never said he was from Weather Seal but St Andrews Home Improvements. All he did have was a load of Purchase Contracts, which my wife managed to get one after putting pressure on him. I will be putting an official complaint in about the behavior of this company .
