DO NOT DO IT ? Stay away from this company at all cost ,if you try to cancel you can't and need to pay 80% regardless of reason ,customer service unsympathetic ,sarcastic and rude basically 2 options pay 5500 or pay 80% and told I may as well just take the windows ! Honestly if it sounds to good to be true ,it really isn't true .It fell for it please don't do the same.id rather give a 0 rating but wasn't a option.
I wish I read this page first before getting a quote. I got a cold call as part of a scheme, I was looking for new doors. The guy who was wearing a batman belt pressured me by saying I had to sign today to get the deal. He took over 3 hours, but I felt the company was so unprofessional that they would never do a good job the price was £7K but came down to £2.7. I asked to see some ID which he didn't have he just showed me his student ID saying his wife must of taken it out of the car. I was stupid and agreed to it, but after a nights sleep I cancelled the cheques and phoned to cancel.
I think I avoided them doing a tremendous amount of damage to my house, they had no understanding how complex the job was.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Installation was in November however bathroom window installed wrongly and now struggle to open and close window. Contacted company the day of installation and still waiting for this to be fixed. Customer service appalling. I would never use this company again. I have been waiting since December for installation manager to call me. They also installed scratched pvc around window again reported this the day of installation. Again not fixed
I would not want to have any work done by this company! We were thinking about replacement windows and got a cold caller asking if we were interested, we told him we had no intension of signing up we wanted 3 quotes, he said its totally free and no obligation! 2 minutes later the phone rang and the sales guy was booked for the same evening - he arrived 20 minutes late and went on about an advertising scheme - we needed to fill in a form and he called his office - and surprise surprise we scored B plus! this meant that we got maximum discounts!! He did a very long winded sales pitch - and then slated my existing windows (which to be honest are not that bad!) saying very draughty etc etc on the phone to his office - and they came back with nearly £13K - eh no thanks, came down to £8750 in a heartbeat - to be told time and time again we are not signing - he laid on the credit terms - and then kept calling his head office - the price came down again and then he insulted us by saying if we couldn't afford it - then he would go! (another sales tactic) he then took his sample out to his car and low and behold he left his paperwork on the couch! a reason to come back!! (and left so we could look at the lowest price) but unbeknown to him, we didn't look, I actually heard him on the phone to his office saying this is a waste of time! they are not budging! he said to my husband, if we take the price right down, will you please sign - he was shown the door! he said his Manager told him to stay in the area as it was so late - eh yeah, you have been here for around 3 hours! He couldn't stay as he had no money - again, showed the door and asked not to come back!
Received a cold call at the door and as we were looking for double glazing agreed for the salesman to come and measure up. Firstly he started off at £15,000 but said we were entitled to a discount which brought the price down to just under £11k. We said no way and he left after 2 hours!!. Then I received a telephone call from their "trade department" who said they could beat the price previously quoted. Why was that not offered at the outset!! Anyway we decided to let them come out. After 2 hours we got a price of just over £6k. We said no way as we've been quoted half of that. So Elliot phones his boss who knocks it down to £3,920. We said we would have to think about it and that's when the pressure was put on!! We were told that the offer was only valid for that night and we would have to make 10% deposit. We said we wanted to discuss it overnight but he was having none of it. We were told that we had a 7 day cooling off period and that the deposit would be refunded. We said if we have 7 days to change our minds then surely they could wait 24 hours for a decision but he was having none of it and wanted a decision then. So we said no!! I wish I had read these reviews prior to allowing these people into our home as they would never have been allowed over the doorstep
All I can say is that I'm glad my husband was here as I can understand how Elliot could easily persuade a vulnerable person into signing. Please stay away!!! In total these people were in my home for over 4 hours!! Complete waste of my time. I've rated this a one star but doesn't even deserve that. Seems like we've had a lucky escape!!
Spent 2.5 hours pressuring me into signing a contract for £6000 for new windows that I do not need. My husband was not available and I told him I wasn't happy signing anything until I had spoke to my husband but Elliot the representative assured me that I would be refunded my admin fee if I cancelled the contract within 7 days. We decided to cancel and after several phone calls to Elliot and head office, I will not be refunded my money despite what he told me at the beginning. Disgusting people. Do not trust this company
DISGUSTING SHOCKING AND IMMORAL
5 hours pressure selling to my elderly mother made her sign for over £12000 for Windows she didn't need or want. Took cash payment and now not getting back to us!!!!
SICKENING
REPORTED
Had a phone call to say they were doing a scheme in Scotland called recycle replace concerning double glazing. They sent out a sales man who gave me all the talk about double platinum guarantee and that they were up there with Everest. He measured the windows told me which style would suit my house best then he gave me the price£13,000, but he could knock it down to £8460 if I took there advertising stickers for 2 weeks told him I had to talk it over with my husband, he never even gave me 2 mins when he butted in to tell me he would give me the windows for £7880. I told him no thanks was not interested the next thing I knew his boss was on the phone offering me a new price of £6200 6 months no payments then £100 a month. Bunch of cowboys avoid them like the plague. Needless to say I did not purchase the windows.
It took this company 29 days and 23 hours 59 mins to fit my doors and windows badly !!!
Please stay away from them
guy turned up when I was out and kept telling my wife to sign for windows we did not want would not leave the house .he was in for 3 and a half hrs telling her it was a great deal start off £10.000 then £7000 then ill phone my phone the boss o you are due a discount well make it £3500. Do not trust them.
AVOID AVOID AVOID
There are simply too many issues to list. Please do not give JOB WORTH DOING, ST HELENS GLASS or ENTU any of your money. They should be shut down and not allowed to trade.
Basically we were told our house would only take two days to complete however it took over nine months. We paid them a lump sum back in July but today (November) received a letter from their solicitor demanding payment!!
Never in our lives have we encountered so many problems. Do not go near any of these companies.
My elderly mother whi suffers from dementia received a cold all from this company who then sent someone to visit her at home. I happened to phone my mother while this saleswoman was in her home, I explained to the saleswoman that my mother I vulnerable, she said she was going to the car for a leaflet and never returned!!!
Today my Mum received a very rude telephone call from a woman working for this company, she was very distressed. This is unacceptable.
We did not go with this company so cannot comment on anything besides the sales person sent to give a quote. Very pleasant to begin with but not entirely happy at not getting to explain all to us, we have had a few people round so heard the chat recently. Measured the windows, gave a quote, not happy when we made it clear we were not going to commit on the spot & kept pushing and was quite rude as he left.
I wouldn't ask them out again.
The windows are fine the men who fitted them from jobs worth were great fitted full house of windows and front door in one day when i was told it would take over 2 days so that was fab, buts salesmen gave the good chat etc papers after papers to sign not explained boxes ticked without my say so then not to mention the pushy customer care team phoning 5/6 times a day. No government scheme help. Direct debit for £90 coming out for i still dont know what this is over and above the repayment for the actual windows and the £99 deposit. They dont advertise from your house as you're told. certainly will never use them again or recommend them.
CUSTOMER SERVICE TOTALLY NON EXISTANT - NOT INTERSESTED IN COMPLAINTS - AVOID THIS COMPANY
How did I fall for such a ham act? 2 hours of sales talk and 5 phone calls to his conspirator and he still managed to get paid! Do not use this company. They give the "we will use your house to advertise" rubbish, fling loads of paperwork at you too. I was missold extended warranty ...I never agree to this on anything! Actually a wee box is ticked on the forms which I didnt see! Good quality windows but my cladding is bowed and it took over a month for someone to come out and inspect it. Waiting to have it corrected. Scaffolders left holes unfilled in my roughcast and knocked coping off the garden wall without telling us. They have more contact numbers than yell and nobody answers anyway. The Financial Services Authority have it in hand. I could cry for being so suckered!
My dad had this company install two smallish windows. Cost over £2,000. Apparently the sales guy gave this pitch of £3,000 but first 12 homes got a discount. Phoned his boss got it down to around £2,000 then had to pay £90 for "insurance" by direct debit which I do not understand! The sales pitch is all as described previously. The windows went in and seem of good quality. Seem better than the ones in my own home. No complaints over fitters. Spoke to a guy with CR Smith with dads window sizes. Said they were for my own home. After a bit of "flaffing about" CR Smith guy thought they could be done for around £1,000 and their windows look similar in quality. Had another local company asked to quote out if interest. They quoted around £750 but their windows looked poorer quality. So moral. Very expensive and suggest avoid!
Nightmare, kicking myself for ever letting them into my home.
The dishonestly which I have encountered is disgusting and the battle to get my money back continues....
I ordered double glazing via N2. When I phoned N2 two weeks after the order to ascertain progress I was told they wanted a further £500 plus before they could proceed. They said I could cancel if I was not in agreement and my deposit would be reimbursed. I cancelled the order. Despite two phone calls and an email to advise them my deposit has not been received (correct email but failed) this has not happened.
The company is a fraud. They do not have any phone number worth contacting. Once they took my £99, they are nowhere to be found now. Is there any agency which can stop this company robbing the innocent people. I have tried to contact them variously for refund of my £99 but nothing has come up till now. But, I am not done yet and shall call upon FCA which has authorised this company to operate; actually to steal people's money.
DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY! The salesman lied to me about their cancellation policy. (I said I was just looking for a quote) He said I could change my mind within the first seven days and I could get my money back. THIS IS A LIE! They have taken my money. I tried to stop the direct debit the next day before it when through and after I informed them that I wasn't planning on proceeding with their quote. I got my bank involved, but unfortunately am not going to get my money back.
THIS IS A VERY DODGY BUSINESS!
Agreed figure for installation and 2 days later after survey had been done told that we had been underquoted by £1500. .Salesman who informed me said that tinted windows were not energy efficient so we'd be better with clear glass anyway obviously still trying to keep the sale by telling me a lot of rubbish. Not saying the company are bad as I didn' t get far enough to find out, The salesman was determined to get a sale and unusually for us we fell for it. Cancelled immediately so now hope I get money back asap, I'm sure that the windows are good quality but buyer beware of sales tactics which are shady to say the least.
Avoid this company. Do not believe a word they tell you! We had the whole house windows and doors replaced by this company (fitted by JOB WORTH DOING) As others have said on this website the siliconing looks like a child has done it. Our utility room has a half wall with double glazed units above the concrete sill. Trouble is the double glazed units do not sit squarely on the concrete sills but are off centred. Having complained to St Andrews Home Improvement by telephone I was rather hurriedly re directed to Job Worth Doing who so far have sent out 5 different people ` to have a look at it`. All have agreed that there is a fault.Yesterday was the latest person to call (Manager for the whole of Northern Scotland) . My wife and I are both pensioners and this man was the rudest and most arrogant I have ever met. I am still waiting for this to be completed but I will never ever use any of their associated companies and I would urge anyone thinking of using them to not let anyone from the ENTU group in their house. You will regret it if you do.
Don't let this company in your house had salesman in and gave my husband all the patter about there Windows a right load of rubbish. I believe that if you were on your own or really vunrebale that they would take advantage of you stay well clear
We had all of the doors and windows replaced in our house in the summer of 2013. The job was done quickly and to our satisfaction. However mid 2015 the front door became difficult to close, so much so that we had contact St Andrews (Job worth doing) and paid for a callout to investigate and repair.
The fitter came to the house and adjusted the door and I pointed out that due to the door jamming it had caused the double glazed panel to leak and condensation to form - he agreed and said that a new door would be required and I should contact St Andrews to follow this up and to get my costs back for adjustment. I did this and after some considerable effort they agreed to fit a new door - I even got a card to tell me the date it would be fitted - 20th October 2015. This did not happen as the parts were not available... and so the story goes on.
I have called 6 to 8 times since then with no resolution and no sign of the replacement door being fitted. Would I recommend this company. I don't think so.
We were originally sign up with weather seal to get our window installed, but then changed us into this company with explan why but only said the financial company is changed.
We got our window install in January 2015, and since we have non stop draf coming in and the wall beside the window start to have damp problem. One year on now, the company has sent the different engineer about 10 times to see the problem but problems still not sorted. This is ridiculous and totally not acceptable!
Initially signed up and paid deposit of £292 for replacement bathroom windows. Then received quote from another company I had had total confidence in before. Their quote was much better, so I immediately cancelled my agreement with St. Andrews and asked for my deposit to be returned. Letter, sent 23 November recorded delivery. I also phoned the office and spoke to Nick who said he would contact surveyor and tell him not to come. The following morning the surveyor called... he had not been advised.
It is now 8th December and I am still waiting for my refund. They tell me it will be in my account tomorrow.
I will let you know if it is - or if it is NOT!
Very unhappy with this company so far;.
Had been thinking about replacing our double glazed windows & on getting a cold call from St. Andrews Home Imrovements we decided to get a quote. A salesman visited the next day & at the outset he was advised that we intended paying in cash & regardless of any quote on the day we would not be taking a decision till we had 2 more quotes from other companies. After not an overly long presentation the salesman measured the windows & initially quoted £12000 for 8 windows, subsequently reducing this to £9000.On being advised that this was well over our budget the price dropped to £6000 provided we took out a loan, the cash price remaining at £9000.He stated that with the loan only a deposit of £99 was required, the company would also pay the 1st installment & after 2 further payments we could then make a payment of £5000 if we so wished ,with the remainder being settled in no less than 6 months. We were also informed that by taking out this loan we would be entitled to a TLS discount card which could be used in numerous stores including Asdas,Tescos M&S etc..The salesman then asked if we paid our energy bills by direct debit & if so how much.On giving him this information we were informed that we would get a discount of £25 per month regardless of the company we were with.On telling him that I could not appreciate how such a loan arrangement was more benefical to the company than a proposed cash payment of 50% more than the loan figure unless there was something untoward in the conditions of the loan which as yet were not apparent He stated that this favourable loan could only be advanced due to the extensive portfolio of the parent company - Entu.Following pressure to sign up to this I reiterated that we would still be seeking 2 other quotes & would contact him thereafter. On asking him to leave details of the quote, the loan & information on his company & the TLS card in order that we could digest at our leisure the data that he had given us, all he provided was a few scribblings he had jotted down & a small leaflet on Weatherseal, part of the Entu group.I also asked to be put in contact with a couple of his company's "many customers" in our local area & he indicated that this was not a problem & this would be attended to the following day. We duly received a phone call from the company but the women only wanted to know how the session had gone the previous day.On hearing the quotes we had been given she stated that she had a discretionary allowance which would allow her to offer the windows at trade price but this would require a surveyor to check the window measurements in the first instance. The price would then be given &it would simply be a matter of us agreeing to this or declining the offer.Foolishly I agreed to the surveyor attending later that afternoon.Until then I did not have the opportunity to do any internet research on the company but on doing so I found out that St.Andrews total assets were less than their liabilites in 2014 & Entu's share price had fallen nearly 36% from 1st Sept this year to 2nd Dec due to a" major profit warning" .I also contacted our energy supplier & Tescos & was advised that they are not party to any discount scheme such as the TLS card . I then came across this website which raised further concerns about this company.I subsequently tried to get the surveyor's appointment cancelled. However the phone no. for their local office was not recognised, the phone no. on their website was for a call centre. Thus the surveyor duly arrived & was informed that he had had a wasted journey ,advising him of my concerns about the company. He was able to confirm that Tescos was not party to the TLS card & that we would need to switch supplier to possibly get a discount on our energy bills. He also stated that the salesmen go to great lengths to get people to take the loan option as this is where they largely make their money. On the surveyor reporting back to his boss I was asked to speak to him.The only other useful information gleaned was that due to the Data Protection Act I could not be put in contact with any customers but he could inform me of reviews submitted by some customers if I so wished. He was advised that my misgivings about the the company were such thatI wished to have no further dealings with them.
In conclusion this is a company which i would not touch with a barge pole but probably there are many other similar companies in the market place. Have now opted to approach several locally based companies which have been established for some time.
The most USELESS customer service EVER.
Once they get your money they don't give a damn!
I called them 2 weeks ago asking for someone to come out and repair my bathroom window,
which will not close properly. I was charged a £90 callout fee and told somebody would phone the next day to arrange a repair. NOBODY HAS BOTHERED TO CALL YET.
I phoned them on Monday of this week and was told somebody would phone me back. STILL WAITING!!!!!!!
I called again on Tuesday, got great apologies and was told somebody would call me back straight away.
Guess What? I AM STILL WAITING on Friday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WHAT A RUBBISH COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If this is the company I think it is, St Andrews Home Improvements (windows, doors etc) I had a sales rep come to my door, uninvited. Just so happens we were looking for new windows! The sales rep that came in was at my house for several hours and did not want to leave without a sale- too bad! I STRESSED that I would not be signing up for anything and was only interested due to the 18 month fixed quote that was being offered. Original quote for 4 windows was circa 7k. I said no way! The guy asked me what I wanted to pay - I advised 2.5k and guess what? He went on the phone (at 10pm) to his boss who confirmed I could have them for 2.5k.
Things then got confusing as he said the 2.5k was not fixed. If I wanted it fixed for 18 months it would cost me 4k so I advised I would work on the 4k figure.
He ended up leaving after a heated debate, in a huff.
There is something dodgy going on and I do not trust this company!!
Stay clear!
I bought windows from this company , I feel really stupid that I have allowed myself to be conned the way I have, they wanted to charge me £6,500 for three windows and I told the sales man where to go and funnily enough within 2 mins the price went down to £2.500 , I thought about it again and contacted them to cancel and stupidly allowed myself to be talked into being them and they would give me a door ? , I was told they were able to drop the price because I agreed to advertise on a notice at my door for them for four weeks ? Which was a load of crap there has no one been near me to put any advert up ? , I don't know how he people that own the company can sleep at night , they contacted me to say that I have a £500 bonus for any future work I would get done to my home , guess what I'm still waiting , I would only say to anyone contemplating using this company think twice !,
Please dont go with this company at all, as they lie to you that they are GGF Registered, but they are not and weatherseal and st andrews home improvement are the same company but they will never reveal this t o you.
Better be aware please dont fall on price trap
Company Response
The companys' fitting team are GGF registered, not Weatherseal or St Andrews themselves, seeing as it is the fitting team "Job Worth Doing" that do all the work that is what matters. They are not the same company they are owned by the largest home improvement group in the UK.
Mr. Cale
Had a great job done regarding windows and conservatory, however we have a problem claiming accidental damage on the insurance. They made a date to replace parts yet cancelled on the day. Over a month later we hear nothing. It has transpired that after 2 years planning permission was not properly organised for the conservatory. Calls to this company get nowhere and nothing seems to move forward at all. The product is good the fitting is good but administration regarding planning permission etc is a chaotic mess
this is the same company as Weatherseal and job worth doing, they are not members of the GGF, I got doors an windows over a year ago ,ok they tried to resolve the problems but it actually got worse, some of the windows are actually illegal ,since I threatened to take them to court they don't answer emails or phone calls, they are all part of the myhouse group. as they are not members of the GGF, GGf cannot help me, I am left with draughty windows and doors and windows that are badly measured and illegal, Advice from me, stay well clear of this crowd, check to see if the company you pick are fensa and ggf registered or you could be left like me ,one year on and be forced into court action at nearly 70 year old.
Firstly the salesman that came in was chatting on the phone all the time and kept leaving to take calls. He told us that's there would be no payments for 1 year and we would get a £550 cash back cheque on the day of fitting..
The fitting of the windows were great but that is because they contact a company in to do it (Job worth doing) which were great.. but no cheque..
So after calling the company NUMBEROUS times to no reply i eventually got to speak to someone about my cash back.. they had no knowledge about it.. they also informed me that I will have to start paying for the windows in 30 days !!!
Then the company went "bust" .. lot of garbage because they still work under St Andrews name. This was all in August 2017 and I'm still waiting for the money back now January 2018!!! Avoid them at all cost ...
Pleased with windows i got last yr. Somehow i got talked into taking insurance out and have had 70pds taken out my bank today. Have been on phone cant get answer as they are busy costing a fortune in calls. There is no need for insurance for new windows. So angry with myself for being talked into it. Sales people are a pain when they can quote one price then get it cut down . Now need to go and try and get it cancelled never again.
sales man omitted to tell me to expect condensation.appreciate the windows are doing their job but probably would not have got new windows.also had a phone call a while back saying I had won 250pds of marks and spencer vouchers having allowed photos to be taken of the windows. Still waiting.Have sent emails but no one has replied.very poor customer relations.
I had 16 turn and tilt windows replaced. The actual windows are very good quality material but not the upvc for 16" deep sills - the material does not lie flat. "That is how it is supplied from manufacturer" I was told. The posts between double windows are unfinished. They were faced with plastic that was cut to size and therefore shows a raw unfinished edge down the full central edge. this attracts dirt and dust and is just UNFINISHED. I will draw on the help of which? magazine for advice now.

Contract number L000451
I signed up to have my windows replaced in Nov 2017 and once I'd done so I did a bit research on reviews of St Andrews Home Improvement. I know I should have done this before signing but it was just a timing thing. I was really horrified by many of the reviews I read and immediately regretted signing the contract. Albeit, many of the reviews were for jobs completed in different part of the UK to me. Anyhow, fast forward to February 2018 when the windows were installed and I'm delighted to say that I am really pleased with the work completed. Since having the windows fitted I had to have remedial works completed too - a small area plastered in the bathroom, external plastering completed where mullions were removed from two windows at the front of the property, a vent cut out into one of the window units and a full pane of glass replaced in one of the units where the original one was marked inside the casing. I received a call from St Andrews Home Improvements a few days after the initial install and appointments were put in at dates and times to work around me. All remedial work was completed on time. I can't thank Ranjit Singh (the salesman), Kevin Miller and Stephen Galloway (who installed the windows), Jamie (who completed the plaster work) and Dougie (who replaced the window pane casing and cut in a vent to another unit) enough for their high standard of workmanship. Each of them evidently take pride in their work. They offered to place dust sheets, removed their boots and were respectful to me and my home. The only piece of constructive criticism I have with the whole process is from signing the contract to arranging installation is that the communication between St Andrews Home Improvement and the client could and should be improved. I'd have liked to have received clear contact details, email address and telephone number. If the company brush up on their communication at that key stage they'd be on to a winning combination. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using St Andrew's Home Improvements again. Well done guys, you're all an asset to the company and thanks again.
Your rep tried to miselling me your product! Telling me I could get get energy assistance and they operate a gov scheme the same as gualifing for the Gov grant I explained I'm getting external cladding and was it the same benefits as that I repeated my self 3 times and he said yes !when the office phoned I asked the questions again they said no it was £200 scrappege scheme !I told him he was miselling the product !I am considering reporting ur firm to the Trading standards !
I had two sets of French doors installed and can honestly say that from start to finish the whole process was trouble free. The product is exactly as they showed me beforehand and the fitters were friendly and worked professionally throughout the installation.
I Have now placed another order with them for five windows and front door and have no reason to expect any problems going forward. Once they are fitted I will again leave feedback, cheers
Please do not waste your time with these people. After over an hour of total waffle and the obligatory phone call to his boss to see if we would qualify as a show home (apparently we would be the 11th of only 12 😉 in the area) the salesman eventually got round to our quote. 9 windows required... £30, 000 lol! I managed to keep a straight face and he then said he could do it for £16, 500! Bargain, not! However he could discount this if we took finance to only £14,500.. Repayments of £245 / month over 10 years. Apr 19.9%! .. At this point I stated that I would not be doing business and he frantically phoned his 'boss' I obliged and spoke with him just long enough to point out I wasn't happy and would not do business with them! I had wanted an honest quote for cash not dirty low down con tricks which borders on fraud. He then left refusing to leave a written quote ( I wonder why) . Please do not let these people across your door. Stereotypical dodgy salesman and sales techniques. They want you to sign up to finance on the spot... Please do not do this. Show them the door.
Cowboy company! Stay well clear! Partner got patio doors - one cowboy appeared to fit - said his mate was too drunk to come. Drill holes on outside facing. Seals missed, Windows scratched! Sympathetic woman on phone 'will pass to manager' who never calls. Cards cancelled, no money until put right. They also pass your info to holiday companies so they can pester you. I contacted this company to say I would not do business with anyone associated with this mob. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
I have never dealt with a business with such practices in my life!
Terrible company. To make a long story short I was looking to change six windows in my flat, a salesman (nice guy), came around and finally gave me a quote after two hours. Apparently to benefit from this price - around £8,000 for six upvc windows I had to take the 'promotional' offer on the day. Then two days later, on a Sunday, I get a phone call from them. I hung up after explaining why I was not interested, another man called me LIED and said he was calling on behalf of an independent, small, local company just to get a meeting in!!
Terrible business practices, I would never trust this company in a lifetime!
What can I say over the last 3-4 years I have had numerous installations done by St Andrews and have never had any problems. As im a lady on my own they asked me if I'd prefer a female rep which took me by surprise as they are normally men. She came out and explained everything thoroughly. All my repeat business was handled by the same girl with no messing around.. Iv had no hesitation in recommending St Andrews to everyone. Unlike when I lived at my previous address and had Smith C R do work - never again they were cowboys
Had my windows and doors fitted last week and all I can say is first class job, really notice the difference in noise from outside, the fitters were great and salesman was not pushy (unlike other two companies I had in) have already recommended them to my sister, thanks guys one happy customer
I've had the front of my house upgraded last month, 1 door and 4 windows which I paid £4500 as I decided to get a composite door. The installation took less than one day and the fitting team were great. I was happy with the sales person and he wasn't very pushy which was one of the reasons I chose to go with them.
I had my door replaced on Thursday 29th January 2015 and I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever
All i can say is Thank you.
Having read some of the revues before posting mine I sympathise however, I cant thank the fitters who installed our 8 windows and two doors.
Very neat work and care taken to get it correct. Loads of dust sheets, rubber mats and carpets used to protect our floor coverings.
Hopfully we wont need to phone because of any problems.
First off all I had my windows renewed 4 weeks ago and am highly delighted with the professionalism the workers were in replacing them they are perfect.
Yesterday I had my two doors replaced and again the worker was exceptional in fitting them.
I was told I would get an Argos token so now I have had two jobs done I await 2 vouchers.
Many thanks .
Kenneth Goldie.
ill start by saying, the thursday night before my windows were to be fitted on the saturday i came across this page and all of these reviews, i was very concerned i had done the wrong thing by signing the contract, however, i hadnt have worried, paul and john turned up at 10.30am on saturday and got started, they were fantastic! caused no damage and cleaned up after themselves, the windows look great and all works fine, i am very happy and if you go ahead with this company request john and paul!! i can honestly say with these guys you can rest assured your job will be carriec out to the highest of standards.
Fantastic service and excellent fitters. Windows and doors exactly as described and we have noticed a vast difference in the warmth in our house. The salesperson was professional, courteous and friendly. The whole process was very simple and we got a good price. Can't understand some of the other reviews here, our experience has been outstanding. Would recommend.
The work carried out was fabulous, very clean and tidy, arrived on time and cleaned up as they went along , I've had all my windows and front and back door all done to a very high standard that we are very pleased with.
I will recommend this company time and time again to all my friends and family .
Thank you .
