I have never dealt with a business with such practices in my life! Terrible company. To make a long story short I was looking to change six windows in my flat, a salesman (nice guy), came around and finally gave me a quote after two hours. Apparently to benefit from this price - around £8,000 for six upvc windows I had to take the 'promotional' offer on the day. Then two days later, on a Sunday, I get a phone call from them. I hung up after explaining why I was not interested, another man called me LIED and said he was calling on behalf of an independent, small, local company just to get a meeting in!! Terrible business practices, I would never trust this company in a lifetime!
