Any good reviews about this company on here refer to the fitters who installed the windows/doors, but they are not actually part of the company StAndrewsHomeImprovements, they belong to their own companies who are just contracted by StAHI to fit the products. So, if you order products from StAHI you might not get the same fitters/company to do your house. StAHI themselves went into administration (2017 I think), so if you bought your windows/doors before then you can forget about the "10 year guarantee" that you thought you had. We bought ours in 2014, and a main window has failed. I phoned StAHI only to be told they are now a new entity (but with the same name, same address etc!!!) and no longer fulfilling any previous guarantee promises. BEWARE!!!!!! This company is not a member of any recognised Glazing Federation, and you are leaving yourself unprotected and exposed to a very suspect company if you dare to engage with them!!!!
