Transformed Driveways (Central) Limited

The resin bonded surface is OK, but the "stage 1" concrete slab work done was not level resulting in significant puddling. I contacted the company (Neil) about this before the resin bonded surface was laid, and was reassured that the problem would be rectified before surfacing. As I was overseas at the time of resin surface being laid, I paid the bill promptly in good faith, assuming that the work had been done properly. But sadly it wasn't. When neighbours informed me of the puddling issues on the new resin bonded surface, I contacted Neil at Transformed Driveways again. He replied quickly that Bryan, the foreman for the job would look into it. After several more emails without reply, I finally received a response from Bryan. But it was to tell me that Transformed Driveways Limited (company registration No. 6900163) was closing down and being replaced by new company Transformed Driveways (Central) Limited (company registration No. 8783358). Same website, same phone number, same operator- just that they will not honour warranties/complaints from previous work. To his credit, he did state that he would undertake warranty work from the old business at cost, I still have not received a quote from him to finish the job he started... and I'm not holding out much hope, nor do I trust a shoddy operator to repair this properly.
