Long running saga trying to to get them to remediate poor work; after almost 2 years I think they ran out of excuses on reasons to delay coming back any further.
Do not waste your time and look elsewhere, so much choice out there these days.

My resin bonded driveway was installed by Bryan in September 2020 after I gained assurances from Sarah that there would be no problems with a sloping driveway. On 14th August I advised Transform Driveways by e-mail that the surface was beginning to scuff up and bald patches were appearing. After nearly 50 e-mails endeavouring to get the driveway repaired under the guarantee I still have not had the poor quality job rectified. There have been numerous reasons given and an attempt made to conduct a bonding test but the job remains a complete disaster and the drive looks like a patchwork. The latest response from Sarah was that she no longer works for Transform Driveways but she would get Bryan to contact me. What is going on with this Company. Two years to rectify a problem under the five year guarantee is just not how business should be performed.
The resin bonded surface is OK, but the "stage 1" concrete slab work done was not level resulting in significant puddling. I contacted the company (Neil) about this before the resin bonded surface was laid, and was reassured that the problem would be rectified before surfacing.
As I was overseas at the time of resin surface being laid, I paid the bill promptly in good faith, assuming that the work had been done properly. But sadly it wasn't. When neighbours informed me of the puddling issues on the new resin bonded surface, I contacted Neil at Transformed Driveways again. He replied quickly that Bryan, the foreman for the job would look into it.
After several more emails without reply, I finally received a response from Bryan. But it was to tell me that Transformed Driveways Limited (company registration No. 6900163) was closing down and being replaced by new company Transformed Driveways (Central) Limited (company registration No. 8783358). Same website, same phone number, same operator- just that they will not honour warranties/complaints from previous work.
To his credit, he did state that he would undertake warranty work from the old business at cost, I still have not received a quote from him to finish the job he started... and I'm not holding out much hope, nor do I trust a shoddy operator to repair this properly. If you know another company that can fix this shoddy work, please message me the details.

This driveway was NOT installed by Transformed Driveways Central Limited , this refers to Neil Caldwell who was managing director of Transformed Driveways which Bryan was just an employee of.
We have no legal obligation to undertake any work which related to Neil Caldwell’s company. Transformed Driveways Central Limited have been trading since Dec 2013 and this is not a driveway we have installed. If the customer wants to contact me I will happily talk to him about the problem but I have no recollection of speaking to him before.
This does not relate to any work our company have personally carried out , it would have been pre Dec 2013.
I was very pleased with transformed driveways from start to finish. They were very professional, courteous, and hard working in giving me what I asked for at a reasonable price, a beautiful drive which has enhanced my home. Thank you. John Higginson. (Dunstable)
Just had my driveway transformed and would like to say that the job is fantastic .Thank you to Brian and Darren for an excellent job.
My drive was resurfaced over two days.
The first day the drive was scraped and existing concrete cleaned up.
The next day epoxy mortar was poured on and fine stone chippings were applied over the whole area.
The next day I could put my car back on the drive.
Excellent service. The men turned up on time, and just got on with the job.
Good standard of workmanship.
On another area, my crazy paving was pulled up and concrete laid to provide a firm base for the top surface. The men returned a month later after the concrete had cured, to apply the epoxy mortar and chippings. Once again excellent service.
I have no hesitation in recommending this firm to other people.
From the point of initial enquiry, through to the finished product, we were really impressed with the high level of customer service, professionalism and quality of our driveway. An excellent service from start to finish, and we would definitely recommend Transformed Driveways!

We were delighted with Bryan's work ethic, the way we discussed all the steps as we progressed through the patio project. He did the work according to the plan. The young men helping him were polite and worked incredibly hard. Bryan was great at encouraging them but was able to keep them on target.
The new patio was a complete transformation and looks fabulous. We use it almost every day to eat outside. My son who is keen on gardening loved it. My friends who have seen the patio are very impressed.
Sarah was excellent keeping us informed and answering any queries that cropped up.

Just had our driveway, front garden and down the side our house done. We are really pleased with the results, it totally transforms the house. It look amazing, will definitely recommend Transform Driveways.

We wanted a Resin Bond Drive & Transformed Driveways gave us exactly what we were looking for so we are well happy with them. Sarah in the office is very good & Bryan & his men who do the work are likewise very good. They are also very quick workers & amenable to deal with with. Fair price as well so all good.

Brian and his crew made a first-class job of refurbishing our driveway in February 2020. From initial contact with Sarah in the office through to completion by the lads on-site, it was a pleasure to do business with this company of which I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending. We are very pleased with the finish of the driveway and have had many favorable comments from neighbors and passers bye. Time will tell as to the durability but all is looking good so far.

Transformed Driveways resurfaced my driveway and added in some flower beds near the house. The guys were great to work with and accommodated variations on site. Sarah was quick in providing quotations and responding to emails. We are very happy with the result and have no hesitation in recommending the company.
We were extremely happy with our new transformed driveway. Due to the size of it (300sqm) we were concerned with puddling after it had been laid. Bryan got it exactly right with the drainage. We are very pleased with the end result.
As we have a footpath that runs alongside our driveway we have already had several people ask who carried out the work. We cannot recommend highly enough Bryan and his team.
Communication with the office was also very good.

We had an extension on the front of the house and the old driveway, which was already damaged, had become broken up and spoilt the overall finish. We decided to choose a resin bonded driveway as all of our neighbours have block paving and have weeds growing through it.
We found Transformed Driveways (Central) Ltd based nearby and provided measurements online. We were contacted very quickly and someone was dispatched to confirm the measurements to provide an accurate quote. The quote was speedy in arriving and very acceptable.
Booking the job in was really easy and we were given a start date for the first stage (taking up the existing broken-up concrete and replacing with a new base and surround) with a very short wait time.
The first stage was completed in a day with little mess and everything was taken away. The second stage was booked in almost immediately at a time convenient to us and in the meantime we were sent samples to decide upon the top surface. This stage was again completed quickly and a final visit was made to sweep off any excess gravel and ensure that a high standard of finish was achieved.
We are delighted with the result and surprised at how little the surrounding area was affected. We would definitely recommend Transformed Driveway (Central) Ltd!
Frankly, our driveway was a complete mess with failing asphalt and weeds it was a disgrace and not to mention dangerous for manoeuvring our motorcycles about. We contacted Transformed Driveways and from start to finish the team were terrific, they arrived on time for appointments, got back to us when they said they would and managed the transformation of our driveway from complete mess to a really lovely, practical and safe space! Can’t recommend them enough.

Our project was the resurfacing of our driveway and path with a resin-bonded surface, and was completed in two stages during March and April 2016.
From the initial survey of the work, including my follow-up questions, through to its subsequent completion the Transformed Driveways team did an excellent job in a very professional, diligent and friendly manner.
