I had looked around for a while and decided to go with Hunter Hall Design to design and install my new kitchen.
I liked that it was all hand made and unique to us.
We ordered it just before lockdown so it was put on hold until the end of lockdown, but I have to say after a few delays we are delighted with the end result. The work the guys did was amazing. I got a total renovation, with the back door being moved and an arch wall taken down to make one big kitchen/diner.
There were a few hiccups as u would expect with any building work. For a few days no builders called at all to do any work and this was a bit frustrating as I work from home and wanted it done ASAP.
I was told the fit would take between two and two and a half weeks but it went into its fourth week.
I am delighted though with the end result.
We are delighted that we got HHD to do our kitchen. We are very pleased with the outcome. No one could believe old kitchen back to brick and new room and kitchen installed in 2 weeks. Partner said they were cleanest builders he known! A couple of issues re electric wiring and cooker immediately resolved and sorted. Lovely and professional team! Good customer service.

A family member recommended Hunter Hall Design when I was looking for a new kitchen. I was delighted with the both the standard of work, of all the Hunter Hall team, as well as with their professional approach to managing the overall process. The HHD tradesmen came when they said they would come and completed my kitchen to an extremely high standard. I would particularly mention Scott, who managed the overall process onsite, and who was always available, and willing, to answer any questions we had and who also made a number of practical suggestions that improved the final design of our kitchen. I would have no concerns in recommending Hunter Hall Design to anyone looking for a new kitchen.
Wee had been looking a new kitchen for a while and decided to go with HunterHall and that was the best decision wee could of made from 1st initial visit from Colin then design it was perfect. Scott overseen our project and was there on hand start to finish with any questions or changes wee wanted to make he could not have been more helpful and willing to make everything wee wanted happen. Also Lee who kept us updated with everything. As for the builder Neil wee have never had anyone who was more professional his team are amazing and his timekeeping was impeccable when he said he would be there he was which is rare with builders. Absolutely without doubt would recommend this company. From planning process with Colin who challenged me with ideas I hadnt considered. To Scott who oversees everything and kept everything running smoothly and kept me fully informed at all times. Nothing was too much for him and he went above and beyond. To Neil who manages all the building/ electrical/plumbing/tiling/plastering work. He again kept me fully updated and in sync with everything. All the professionals who came to do the various work where friendly and excellant. I didn’t realize that the company provided all the services required and the price was included from the beginning . I had a brand new kitchen for the 1st time ever. I was worried about the dust and time it would take because of bad health . I need not have worried . Hunter Hall are a friendly and professional business. Everything was done in the time frame promised . They took old Mitch out plaster wall etc. advised on Decor and suited any price as well . Hunter Hall came and removed my old kitchen doors, cupboard ends and worktops. Scott the install manager came out and measured the doors etc and he helped me change my island so I could have a wine cooler. Kerri & Aaron where a great help in the showroom helping me choose colours and styles. A brilliant experience with Hunter Hall from start to finish. They took out our old, awful mess and replaced with a beautiful, clever custom-designed kitchen that everyone in our house (and our guests) absolutely love. It's now a highlight, not an embarrassment!

Hunter Hall provided a professional custom kitchen design and installation service. They worked to find solutions to some tricky corners and were very responsive to our requests. Special mention to their excellent kitchen fitter and to Scott, who made sure our cabinets were finished for Christmas ( including the extra run of cabinets for our snug that we requested last minute). They also communicated and coordinated very well with our builder who was doing construction work at the same time.
After 26 years we decided to treat ourselves to a new kitchen and utility room in February 2024. We choose Hunter Hall Designs. [kitchens Belfast] because we had seen an advertisement on Facebook offering a fantastic deal. I also spoke to a work colleague who had highly recommended them after having her kitchen supplied and fitted by this company .
Our first point of contact was Colin who did the planning and design and helped us immensely choosing the style, layout and best way to use the space available. He also helped with the kitchen appliances. We then had Scott the project manager and Chloe the office manager who both overseen the whole operation They did a fantastic job with everything, and they were always available and sorted out any small problems with speed and great efficiency. We then had the builder Neil and his team who worked to a very high and professional standard sorting out plumbing rewiring and preparing our kitchen for the fitter William who all did a fantastic job to bring our dream kitchen to life We highly recommend Hunter Hall Designs for a fantastic job from start to finish. We contacted Hunterhall Design when we were considering changing from a separate kitchen and dining room to one large open plan area. My husband and I were impressed as Hunterhall Design would project manage the entire project from start to finish co-ordinating all the teams to ensure the project was started and completed within 4 weeks. Colin the designer first visited our home to discuss the new kitchen layout we were considering. He was able to design an amazing layout that incorporated our wish list. I had wanted the room to be bright and speaking with Colin the design chosen included a full wall of floor to ceiling units to incorporate a tall fridge, side by side ovens and larder storage. The use of drawers in the larder units makes it so easy to use.
The use of 1m width drawers provides great storage and easy access to cutlery, utensils and pots, the 2 Le Mans corner units, the carousel corner unit, the double level spice rack system and a full handleless door system. A 1.2m wide peninsula incorporates drawers , cupboards, a breakfast bar seating area and an impressive induction hob with downdraft extraction system. It is amazing and enabled us to have a hob in the middle of the kitchen that enhances the open plan design. The room is now so bright and airy as no upper cupboards on the other walls were necessary.
Neil from NP Building Services project managed from removal of old kitchen to completion of installation. Scott the installation manager from Hunterhall Design full liaised with Neil ensuring all items for installation were on site as required. Scott oversaw the full installation. Each trade were professional, friendly, punctual and cleaned up daily after their work.
We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Neil and his team or Scott, Chloe, Lee and Colin at Hunterhall Design for any kitchen design and installation.

We just had our kitchen completed by Hunter Hall and we are so pleased with the result. Colin is an excellent designer and created a gorgeous modern kitchen for us that really transformed the room.
It takes a lot of planning and coordination of a lot of people to do a renovation like ours and we were so glad to have Scott and Neil organising and project managing on the kitchen fitting and building side. There is no way in a million years that we could have organised such an efficient and quick operation on our own. The whole package is really what you get when you go with Hunter Hall.
Every single person who worked on our kitchen was top class. They did excellent work and each day they left the place really tidy. We had excellent plasterers, tilers, electricians, plumbers, kitchen fitters, joiners, worktop fitters and of course Neil to coordinate them all. The surprises that always pop up in jobs like these (in our case mystery pipes that were uncovered behind old cupboards and a very uneven floor) were solved very quickly and expertly with a real professionalism and everything was completed bang on schedule.
The kitchen itself and the appliances turned out to be even more lovely in real life than in the catalogue and Scott was there in person at different stages of the project to make sure everything was looking good and to answer any questions or to get anything we needed. (Special thanks go to Scott for tightening up our PVC door that had dropped a bit - he seems to be able to fix anything!)
Would I recommend Hunter Hall to others? The answer is without hesitation. If you want a stress-free kitchen build with reliable, professional people who will do the entire thing for you then you've found the right company.
From start to finish the quality and craftsmanship off the work carried out was second to none . Neil the builder went above and beyond of everything asked of him . The finished kitchen speaks for itself and have had numerous great remarks on how good it looks . We’ve just had our kitchen fitted by Hunter Hall Design. From our initial meeting with the design team, we knew we were in good hands! We had tried several places but none of the plans reflected what we wanted until we came here. We debated knocking our wall down to create a larger space and I’m so glad that we did! Once we knew what we wanted (the choice and range was brilliant) we were taken care of by Scott who managed the project and Neil and his building team were brilliant! We knew exactly when they were coming and what was happening and we had flexibility to make some changes along the way. Communication with Scott and the team was excellent and we’ve already had a call from them to make sure we are satisfied with the kitchen and quality of work. Deciding to renovate a kitchen is a big commitment but I would have no hesitation is recommending HHD as our experience was a a brilliant one!
