We recently replaced our old timber front door with a modern composite door by Jackson Windows, and the difference it has made to the thermal performance of our home has been remarkable. There are no more drafts, and it is much easier to maintain a comfortable temperature indoors. The quality of the door itself is excellent - it feels solid and secure, with a premium timber-like finish that perfectly preserves the character of our 200-year-old cottage in the Lincolnshire countryside. The advanced security features, including a 5-point locking system, provide real peace of mind. Communication from Jackson Windows was excellent at every stage, from our initial enquiry with Sam, who was incredibly efficient and returned a quote promptly, through scheduling the survey and right up to installation. Everyone involved did exactly what they said they would, keeping us informed throughout and making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The fitting team arrived on time, treated our home with respect as if it were their own, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless afterwards. Their attention to detail was clear throughout, and it was obvious they take great pride in their craft. We couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service. We have already placed an order for replacement French doors and are looking forward to having these manufactured and fitted. Thank you to Jackson Windows for a job very well done.

Before I begin this review I want to make it clear that I have no connection with the company, and that this is a genuine review of my experience with Jackson Windows (Supreme Windows). To begin with we decided to have a porch door fitted to our property and after looking at a number of options, we decided to ask for three quotations, one company even after a second asking failed to produce a quote or even a visit, the second company did come out and looked at the job, and never got back to us with a quotation the third company, Supreme Windows came out gave us a full explanation of the work that was required and what they could offer together with a reasonable quotation, and dare I say it, not one attempt at pressurising us into making any immediate decision. Having decided to use Supreme Windows we were not disappointed, the date fixed saw a fitter Gareth arrive promptly and at the end of the day we had a lovely new porch door that met all our expectations, the work was carried out very professionally, no mess was left, and we were fully satisfied with every aspect of our dealings with Supreme. Moving forwards we decided to have all our windows and doors replaced and here we made a big mistake by asking a national company for a quotation, the representative could have sold sand to arabs during the almost four hours it took us to get rid of him, we also disliked the pitched high price slowly tumbling to less than half of where we first started, having managed to get him out of the door we both decided that his company was a non starter, my second attempt at obtaining a quotation met with some bizarre comments over the telephone about width of opening windows for fire escape purposes from upstairs rooms, by the time I managed to get the telephone down I had written that company off and so we turned again to Supreme Windows, and I am still asking myself why I did not go to this company in the first place. Again we received a home visit, and after a full inspection of the windows, doors, French window and bay window we were given what I would term a realistic and sensible quotation, in fact as the representative left us we had already made our mind up to proceed, arrangements were made for a surveyor to come to take exact measurements, and within a matter of days we had details of final cost breakdown and a possible start date. Work commenced as per arrangements and we could not have wished for two nicer tradesmen in Barry and Andy D., they carried out the four days work in a most professional manner, no need to worry about fitted carpets as they dust sheeted everywhere that they worked, and after finishing they vacuumed each area, so that other than the new window you would not have known anyone had been working in the area. The four days went perfectly, hardly any disruption to our lives other than the work that was being undertaken in each room, Barry and Andy were polite, respectful and what I would term real professionals in their whole manner and method of working, complementing one another throughout the progress of the work. From a personal viewpoint I cannot praise the whole experience with the Company enough, from the ladies in the sales room in Sleaford, David the representative, the surveyor who visited (apologies I cannot remember your name), Gareth, Andy D and Barry, all as far as I am concerned on top of their individual games, and furthermore they made our somewhat earlier worries about possible damage to decor and disruption during the major work, of no consequence, such was their attention to making the work run smoothly and efficiently as possible without disrupting our daily life. On behalf of my wife and I may I say a big thank you for a job well done, and to finalise may I say that back in the early eighties when UPVC became popular, we had an excellent family firm fit new UPVC windows to our property in Leicestershire where we then lived, the company had a motto, "nice people to do business with," in that case it was very true, and I would like to say that the same motto could easily be applied to Supreme Windows too.

WAS COLD CALLED ABOUT ANY WORK THAT i WAS THINKING OF DOING- I SAID I WAS INTERESTED IN SOFFITS & FACIAS. WAS TOLD A BOOKING MANAGER WOULD RING ME BACK. MEANWHILE - I WENT TO CHECK COMPANY REVIEWS. WHEN THE MANAGER RANG, THE CONVERSATION TURNED TO THE REVIEWS - WHICH WEREN'T GREAT. SHE SAID ALL REVIEWS WERE NOW ON SOCIAL MEDIA, BUT I SAW ONE FROM MAY 2018. SHE GOT SNOTTY - AND SAID I WASN'T THE SORT OF PERSON THE COMPANY WANTED TO DO WORK FOR. I SAID I THOUGHT A COMPANY SHOULD BE LOOKING FOR BETTER REVIEWS THROUGH GOOD SERVICE. got a good price for the front door, back door, and personnel to the garage door, plus replace the patio with french doors. long leading time and a late start, sent only one man and was there till dark, probably the reaon that there was damage to the rear door reveals , brick face damaged forcing and oversized frame out of the opening in darkness ,had there been two men the damage would not have happened as they would of had time to do the job. that night rear door wouldn't lock,multi-locking pointed that didn't. rang the rep, nice chap, who said he was in the area next day so would attend to the loc.k. as i also wanted to replace the soffit and facia I rang HQ and they said they would send out the rep, as i mentioned he was to attend to the lock, she said that he could quote at the same time. guess what, no show, so still have a sticky lock, at times, and had to go elsewhere for quotes . nice people ,poor service

From my initial inquiry, to the representatives visit, on time. To the installer Andy D coming today to install two windows and a new composite front door. I am very pleased with the service from your company.. Andy arrived on time. Was pleasant and friendly, and worked hard all day on his own. He cleared up when finished in each room. The windows look great and I’m very pleased with the door. I would certainly recommend your company and Installer Andy D.

Terrible service, shocking. Price was competitive but that’s the only plus point. First date of fitting having taken time off work they cancelled at 5pm the night before....... Then broke the bathroom window which took 11 days to return and repair. They had scaffolding fitted the day before the original fitting date. This it transpired was in the wrong place. So another delay. Scaffolders returned after the weekend to rectify this. A new pain of glass booked in to fit. You’ve probably guessed they didn’t bother turning up for that at the time or day THEY arranged...... I could honestly say we felt like the first job they had ever done. If they’d have turned up on horses with Stetsons on I would have been no more shocked than I was. Poor poor poor!!! Good luck if you choose them!

had supreme windows around for a quote,i now know they are jacksons,so why hide ? got thro the measuring stage and i asked for the location of other installations, so i could judge their work,flatly refused to give out info on work they had done locally,or indeed at all,just kept quoting their "turn over " . had two other quotes,one excessively high even with the discount,and one with a very good deal, both gave me locations of their work ,two jobs within walking distance. After several quotes of turn over and calls to the boss i ask them to leave,which i had to do more than twice needless to say i have gone elsewhere ,shame really i think they could do with the extra turn over..

I have to say that the whole process dealing with jacksons was a pleasure . there designer was polite , professional and very informative . the products that they have installed have exceeded my expectations and after we placed our order we was then contacted by there survey department who arranged for their surveyor to attend our property to finalise the order. 3 weeks later the fitters arrived and just as professional installed our windows and doors and before leaving cleared and cleaned up after themselves. I have since recommended my parents and friends and would like to thank Jackson windows for delivering exactly what it says on the tin. thank you

We recieved a quote from jackson windows recently at which the person giving the quote intimidated my partner and convinced her to put a deposit down that moment or we would not be able to recieve his fantastic offer. He first quoted £15000 for 7 windows and 2 doors, he then came down to £7500 as a special deal to us. This was then checked and he said he could do it at £4500 as he would do it all at trade price for us but she had to put a deposit down there and then or he would not be able to get this "amazing price". In conclusion, I would say they are bullies and could be seen as a bunch of con men.
