We recently replaced our old timber front door with a modern composite door by Jackson Windows, and the difference it has made to the thermal performance of our home has been remarkable. There are no more drafts, and it is much easier to maintain a comfortable temperature indoors. The quality of the door itself is excellent - it feels solid and secure, with a premium timber-like finish that perfectly preserves the character of our 200-year-old cottage in the Lincolnshire countryside. The advanced security features, including a 5-point locking system, provide real peace of mind. Communication from Jackson Windows was excellent at every stage, from our initial enquiry with Sam, who was incredibly efficient and returned a quote promptly, through scheduling the survey and right up to installation. Everyone involved did exactly what they said they would, keeping us informed throughout and making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The fitting team arrived on time, treated our home with respect as if it were their own, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless afterwards. Their attention to detail was clear throughout, and it was obvious they take great pride in their craft. We couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service.
