We were very happy with all aspects of the installation by Provincial Windows.
Excellent Service & workmanship
All completed in one day.
They were good but rushed the job a bit because they kept getting calls to go to other jobs. There are some scratches on the frames and a couple of handles due to the speed of work. One window has a small amount of white sticking out within the glazed windows. I assume it is sealant but we cannot get to it. Decent work but could have been so much better.
Looks like a really good product. Provincial did a great job - quick, professional, polite.

Workmanship is good and installers were professional and very polite. However, one pane of glass was scratched and had to be re-manufactured, resulting in a delay to completion and final payment.
The windows and external door were fitted on the date advised when I placed the order. The 2 fitters were punctual, polite and here for roughly 5 hours. I am very pleased that the keys are Ultion as are those for the front door I had fitted on February 7th this year and happy with the installation

The gents from Provincial windows were great. Arrived on time and had the work done very quickly. They tidied up after themselves and we are very happy with the end result of the new French doors.

Unusual project, dealt with well and quickly
A half day’s work replacing an outer double door. Fitter were courteous, skilled and efficient.
House renovation and this is the first phase of replacing tired, old, wooden framed, single pane of glass windows. The windows and doors are simply awesome. Black Aluminium windows and doors - They look stunning. Provincial Windows were simply the best, The installers we so so good, friendly, punctual, tidy and did a simply fantastic job, So impressed with the whole project and will be coming straight back for phase two and three. Wow. super happy.
Really excellent standards, fitters were started by 9:30 and finished and out by 4:30. We had two (4 panes) very large sliding doors fitted and the team were very professional.
Installer arrived early than agreed timed, were professional and the prep setup and after work cleanup was superb.

French Doors installed between lounge and conservatory. I have had work done by Provincial before and found them helpful, efficient and good quality workmanship. Installation team today on time,polite, helpful, clean and efficient. Arrived on time and installation took less than a morning. Workmanship looks good.

We had the Patio Door changed, we always use Provincial Windows for anything that needs replacing as they are reasonable. In price and Customer service, the Job took just over three hour

Installation of front door - very good service provided, including meeting us to discuss our needs, and making a couple of amendments after the install - one to the door furniture and another to the sealant.
One unit has what looks like grease marks on the inside of the glass from when the windows were assembled. In contact with Provincial Windows to agree a solution to this issue.
Generally the installers were ok, bit untidy at times, not all rubbish cleared up.
Total job time was a day and a half.
It would have helpful if the window mechs were sprayed with lubricant as they we installed, I sprayed all the mechs myself. Some customers might not be able to do this themselves.
Although there is an ongoing problem with one window unit we are pleased with the finished result.

Provincial Windows installed a new back door. The workmanship was good and they were punctual and courteous. It took 2 and 3/4 hours as it was difficult to get the old door out, due to the locking system being gammed.

I have counted the number of windows and not panes. 1 of the doors consists of bi-fold with 3 panes.
I chose Provincial Windows on a recommendation from a friend. The quality of service of everyone I dealt with was excellent from the office staff to the installers. The paperwork was easy to understand. Everything was done according to the dates set. The surveyor and installation staff were excellent: polite, clean, tidy and discreet.
