I've had several phone calls over the last 18 months, initially to arrange quotes, and they firstly failed to find my house, then accused me of refusing to answer the door or the phone. After I told them I'd had the job done elsewhere, I had several follow up calls, still trying to sell me windows. Total amateurs who seem incapable of even tracking their firms activities. They have removed my number three times, but I still get calls.
