Workers were punctual and courteous. There were some unexpected issues that were dealt with efficiently and promptly. Took 2.5 days to install including the issue. Could work on tidiness and care around the house. Lots of scuffs on walls and marks on carpets.

From my first contact to the windows being fitted was excellent. The men work hard were very pleasant and polite.

A very easy purchase with no hard sell from the company. Any requests or queries were dealt with efficiently and with patience. A reasonable wait time for installation. The project included seven windows (including bays) and some French doors. The fitters were very friendly and punctual. They took care with their working conditions and were very tidy. They explained how to change the hinge workings for easy access of cleaning. The whole installation took place over two days. The workmanship looks to be of good quality and we are pleased with the result.

Excellent installation. Installed frame and 2x french doors to front of porch in about 3.5 hours.

Excellent all round

Excellent quality windows. Very well made as described when ordered. First class job by fitters, both very helpful, cleaned up and vacuumed after job was complete. Would recommend Solihull Windows and Jayden and Ben who did the job. Am ordering more windows.

WINDOWS FITTED WELL. HAD TO RETURN A COUPLE OF TIMES TO ADJUST AND REPLACE A PART FOR THE FRENCH DOORS.
