Solihull Windows replaced four wooden arched windows in our lounge. They also removed the old French windows and replaced them with ceiling for floor glazed units comprising two fixed windows and two doors. As usual , the installation was excellent. The installers arrived on time, completed the work without any fuss or problems and cleaned and tidied up before leaving. Solihull Windows have installed our porch doors in the past and, as then, they continue to work to the highest standards.

Workers were punctual and courteous. There were some unexpected issues that were dealt with efficiently and promptly. Took 2.5 days to install including the issue. Could work on tidiness and care around the house. Lots of scuffs on walls and marks on carpets.

A very easy purchase with no hard sell from the company. Any requests or queries were dealt with efficiently and with patience. A reasonable wait time for installation. The project included seven windows (including bays) and some French doors. The fitters were very friendly and punctual. They took care with their working conditions and were very tidy. They explained how to change the hinge workings for easy access of cleaning. The whole installation took place over two days. The workmanship looks to be of good quality and we are pleased with the result.

WINDOWS FITTED WELL. HAD TO RETURN A COUPLE OF TIMES TO ADJUST AND REPLACE A PART FOR THE FRENCH DOORS.
