Kitchen Magic

Ordered white doors for white cabinets and they turned up yellow on the inside which i now have to pay to rectify. Apparently the firm always supplies doors like this but did not notify me prior to fitting. The surveyor that came to measure, measured wrong so the fitter could not fit 3 of the doors on installation day. The company then arrange to come again but on the day of appointment cancelled. They then had another fitter come round and finish the job another day but he was instructed to remove the doors if the office didn't confirm payment in full. The staff at the office were rude and unhelpful. At least they could have discounted the price to cover the cost of spraying the inside cabinets white. Who wants a white door with a white cabinet but yellow on the inside when you open it!!! And several days missed work because of their mistakes yet no offer of discount. Kitchen Magic have the worst customer service I've ever come across. All they want is for you to sign a contract, take your money and then they don't care. Gangsters of the industry, beware!!!!
