this customer told our company that he would keep back £30 off the bill and dispose of the doors himself (even though we do not dispose of old doors as a sign clearly states in our shop) As a gesture of good will even though he advised us that he was going to dispose of them, we collected the doors after two weeks without charge. The £30 was never repaid the customer still owes this money
