I am fuming😡 I ordered a 4 seater corner sofa from you guys on here, 1 week ago today it was delivered to me last Tuesday and the cushion cover on the seating is already bussing open, I contacted ALI AHMAD on messenger, who is a customer service representative for this company Uk Furniture Kingdom and he’s seen my messages then removed himself from the chat so I can no longer message him. I will be contacting the police with y’all details cause y’all ain’t getting away with robbing me my money just like that and give me a poor quality of a sofa which is evidently faulty. You guys have mess with the wrong one!!!! How unprofessional?! There’s was no issue when I was ordering and he was quick to take my money on delivery. I have also emailed you guys twice and I’m waiting for a response from you ASAP!!!! I will be over tripadvisor and every review page there is next!!! You will not mug me off like this over my hard earn money…are you mad?! 😡
