My parents had their French doors fitted today to aid my disabled fathers access into the garden . From having the initial survey to the fitting of the doors , the service provided by the guys at David Canon windows has been fantastic. A big thank you to John Hunt for his advice on what doors to have, and keeping my parents updated throughout the process. My parents absolutely love the doors and my father can’t wait to get out into the garden.

Having previously had work done by David Cannon we knew it was a no brainer to use them again for our home. Dennis (SALES) delivered a great service from the initial meetup to completion of the job. The installers used who were a father/son team were awesome too (very tidy and thouroughly cleaned up after every day) Their finishing was also second to none. Anyone looking for windows should definalty use Dennis at David Cannon.

We have recently had a composite door and a new Halo window fitted. We have been pleased with the professional service we have received. The fitters carried out the work to a high standard. Although we had a couple of issues due to the manufacturer, John Hunt was very helpful in resolving these and we would not hesitate in using David Cannon Windows again in the future.
Recently had Heritage powder-coated, aluminium windows fitted, replacing timber mock sashes in a Victorian terraced house in Harborne.

Windows and doors fitted seven years ago.Much admired and still as new.Recently had truble locking door.Phoned 9-05 lady said she would try to send someone soon.Five minutes later a call from a gentleman informed me he was on his way.shortly afterwards he arrived,quickly diagnosed the problem and rectified the fault.Within 45 minutes of my call the job was completed.I asked how I should pay and was told no charge. Very good service throughout. Even though there were some minor issues with the installation, these were quickly rectified without any prompting from us.
The installation was carried out efficiently and with care. Our old windows and frames were removed without causing any damage and all debris was cleaned up. Will be using them again for windows in a new extension and for large sliding patio doors.

Everything was handled extremely efficiently right from my first contact with the company. I have always been able to contact their representative by phone when I had a question.

Great product, really pleased with the finish - bi-fold doors in particular
We had three windows replaced by D Cannon Windows recently, the second time that we have used this company in the last 2 or 3 years. As before we found them to be easy to deal with and every stage of the process went as planned. The quality of the windows is good and the fitters are efficient and polite. We had trouble finding a date when we could be there during the week and they were able to fit us in on a Saturday which was a nice bonus!
