Ordered and put down a deposit for a new front door back in November last year and am still waiting for an installation date. Communication was terrible, it was only through me chasing them that I found out it was going to be delayed at all. Callbacks are promised but never delivered. Complaint emails are left unresponded to despite being assured they had "gone to the owner of the company". I have to assume that whoever the owner is they care about customer service as much as the rest of them. I have asked for my deposit back and am still being ignored. Avoid!!!
