Installed a shower and chose to only stick it to the wall with a lot of sillicone, and no isolation valve added. Just had a Triton employee come round to install a new one, only to tell me they can not touch this job as it may ruin the tiles on the wall and they are not covered for it due to how badly it has been botched so currently stuck with a broken shower and no way to have it replaced. Avoid at all costs. Service like that botched job 100% not worth it.

A truly dreadful customer experience with this man last year. A boiler installed incorrectly, a court hearing, a cold house for a year and a new plumber to correct his terrible work. Genuinely I believe he has no integrity, and he is an accident waiting to happen. Avoid at all costs, I'm only awarding 1 star because I have to.

Excellent service. Called office and booked a call for next day, turned up with in the time slot given and repaired the leak on my boiler. Very efficient and will recommend to friends
