Ace fitted four windows in oct 2008. We are unable to open the top portion of the windows in our bedroom and have rung for an engineer. Someone was due here today at 3pm so far no show. I rang last week to double check the engineer would call as I've taken a half day leave from work and was guaranteed they would be here. Just rung the office no reply justs rings no answerphone on which to leave a message. I'm a very understanding person and if something has prevented the engineer from being here had I been informed I would have understood. However, to hear nothing is just so very disappointing, I thought this business might have been better than that as their product up until now has been fine.
