We had a poor customer experience e.g. multiple visits by the salesman to measure the windows and doors (2 additional visits with a different excuse each time); reference to discounts but only for a short period (pressure selling); long delays to get quotes; apparent difficultly in us seeing a customer installation; not able to see actual window and door furniture; but worst, just when we were ready to commit, the price suddenly increased by some £3,000/£4,000 despite us having received lower written quotes earlier in the sales process.
