The company repaired a leaking flat roof and based on this later carried out the following: a) Replaced the flat roof with a glass fibre one b) Replaced a tiled roof c) Replaced fascias and sofits The flat roof leaked and the fascias began to discolour and peel. The trader was contacted by phone, text and e mail under the the terms of their 10 year guarantee, but failed to repair / replace the issue. They would promise and then make excuses, even citing deaths within the family, holidays, bad weather and then business closure. Following this I actually completed a replacement of the flat roof , using another company. The company identified several faults with the original flat roof and tiled roof. NB I haven't repaired the tiled roof. I have now found out that MG have started up business again. (as in the local press) I have contacted them and they have still failed to make good the fascia's / cladding and the tiled roof, which I have since found to be another source of a leak. Based on the service so far, I wouldn't recommend
