I have never left a negative review in my life, but feel compelled to, after again reaching out Kingsway via email and what’s app with no response! We recently had an imprinted concrete patio installed by Kingsway, after being advised it would look like slabs! It doesn’t, it’s uneven, patchy, faults in the printing pattern, and within 2 months it’s already cracked and chipped! We paid as you are pushed an every stage for the next payment for the works to be completed. The finish of surrounding grass which we were told would be seamless was just a total mess, where they left a mound of soil with grass seed! This has since been replaced with turf, after we said it was laughable to leave in such a state, which although has been watered everyday is half dead! They broke next doors fence, which they did replace after we advised and ruined a part of next doors lawn, which they replaced after we complained! We were advised that the side of the house and fence would be screened off to protect from concrete mess, they took the fence out, but it still got covered in concrete, we called them back and they jet washed pulling the paint off and so they could not clean it properly, so we had to get it repainted all down the side of the house, which had only recently been done! They also did a concrete square in the middle of the garden as requested, wish we had left as it was, it’s just a mess, not finished off, just left without butting up to the current turfed garden! It’s just a £7,500 mess TBH! They are pushy and quick initially but not bothered now!
