We chose West Country Windows for new guttering, downpipes, fascias and soffits through recommendation from a satisfied customer.. We are very pleased that we did too. The two fitters completed the installations on our bungalow, front and rear, in a surprisingly short time. We had a new front door fitted by West Country Windows, it was fitted expertly and is a very good product. A slight problem with seals was sorted out quickly and there has been no problems since. Highly recommended.

I bought from WCW because they manufacture the windows, yes I had to spend £250 more than the cheapest quote but you get what you pay for. So happy with the look and fit, I would recommend this company without doubt and when I replace my front windows later in the year I will be using them once again
over the years we have had patio doors fitted, we also had arched window fitted that we where very pleased with when we had to replace the conservatory, at the time the windows and door where ok, but the roof polycarbonate which was not appropriate, West Country Windows, came to the rescue, at ten years later the door and windows had to be replaced, West Country windows, came to the rescue, we have always had a prompt service from them and never let us down, would i recommend them, every time.
8 Windows and French Windows replaced with UPC. The fitters Joe and Adrian were friendly and efficient and carried out the work with no fuss. The windows were all fitted very well. The house was left clean and tidy. I was very pleased with the quality of the windows.

Had a composite front door from WCW to replace a 30year old UPVC item, the difference is remarkable, much more solid and better constructed. Craig the fitter was very tidy, conscientious and precise, taking his time to ensure a perfect fit. we are very pleased with the final result and Craig cleaned up thoroughly before he left.
The roof looks amazing , seems much more robust than the original roof, and with the bronze outer coating it already looks as if it will shade the south facing garden room well.
The 2 man team had the construction done in 1 day and luckily the weather held perfectly. I was very pleased with the efficient way that everything was done and with the way they cleared away when all was completed

Just had a locking mechanism repaired on a door fitted by West Country Windows over 30 years ago.
The engineer initially thought that the obsolete mechanism would have to be replaced by a new part, but he was able to work on the existing mechanism by stripping it down to effect a repair thereby saving us having to pay for an expensive replacement part. That demonstrates a mark of integrity for this company where others would be only too willing to just provide an expensive replacement part. Well done West Country Windows - Thank you.

I found Westcountry windows very professional efficient and friendly when I approached them about replacing my conservatory roof from their first visit to completion of replacement, which was done earlier in the year, I was very lucky with the dry weather at the time, which made a huge difference . WCC replaced 7 double glazed panes that had failed with moisture between the panes. The 2 fitters did an excellent job, including adjusting the hinges on a door that they weren't working on - it had been annoying me for years!
We recently had a new front entrance door fitted and the fitters turned up as promised, were very helpful, and cleaned up everything on completion of the first class work.

I had to take the help of West Country Windows recently for fitting a double glazed glass unit with a cat-flap for my living room door. I must admit their service was one of the best I have seen. I recently popped into West Country Windows thinking they had fitted my replacement windows. So I entered reception ready to voice my complaint and it turned out that I"d entered the wrong company. I looked for 'that' hole in the floor but couldn't find it
I needn't have worried, the receptionist was very understanding and helpful and I soon went on my way with the correct size screws, which solved a longstanding problem I had and the company that fitted my windows refused to correct.
No charge, by the way.
Needless to say......I can't thank them enough!!

WCW recently installed a full house of windows, front and back door and I am incredibly happy with their service.
The salesman was very informative and the quality spoke for itself.
Dean and Liam were very friendly and took time to put down dust sheets and even offered to hoover up!

Excellent installation of our 6 windows and beautiful new front door. Dean and Liam were a pleasure to have around, did a lovely tidy job, took great care when working inside the house and were very patient with our nosey dog! They even took the time to adjust doors that were not part of the project.
Although, I thought I would miss the fanlights, the new windows seem much bigger without them and we still get fresh air, without a draught, from the windows on the security latch! The advice we were given by the sales chap was good, it is worth doing your research first so you understand a little about your double glazing options, otherwise the process can take a lot of time!
Our thanks to Angela too, for her help on the accounts side, very friendly and helpful. So pleased we chose to go local and independent, following a recommendation from my husband's colleague, following a good job replacing his windows.

After having an outer front door fitted in a porch we created a vacuum-type effect and after several weeks became stiff to open. Your service engineer adjusted the fitting and suggested we fit a trickle vent (it was colour-matched) to reduce the vacuum effect. Now all the work has been completed F.O.C The door opens & closes a lot easier, We received excellent after-sales service & advice from your engineer.
