I recently had APH windows out to quote for some replacement units for my conservatory. The representative scribbled all over my UPVC conservatory with pen that I couldn't clean off. It was extremely disrespectful and I was very upset by it. I would never use APH windows again because of their arrogance of assuming it's ok to cause deliberate damage to someone's property

I had three windows replaced, no hard sell quote was fine. As it was a small job I was informed that it would have to be fitted in between other jobs, however I was given a few days notice and they did take into account it was on one of my preferred days. The men who came to carry out the job were polite and left everything clean and tidy, one of them even helped me to put the curtains back up, so thank you for that. I have failed to complete your quality assurance form, I hope this will suffice.

We had a conservatory built by APH and are so pleased by the finished product, Everyone in the team were exceptional and did a brilliant job and we are so pleased with the end result. Through out the build at the end of every day they left the site clean and tidy. I highly recommend them.

Excellent work carried out by APH over the last 10 years, and highly recommended to us and work includes replacement windows, doors, new conservatory and latest work last week, replacement of a patio door with windows and two opening doors onto the patio area. We consider all the work that has been carried out has been done to a very high professional standard and have no hesitation in recommending them.

We were really impressed with the quality of facia, soffit, windows and doors etc. The two lads that did the work were very pleasant well mannered, always ready to help. They cleaned up after themselves each day. Very impressed with their workmanship. Would recommend APH to everyone. No gimmicks , just a great job well done .

required 6 replacement glass units. lovely company to deal with from first call to fitting. excellent service. staff are polite and know there stuff to every last detail. definitely recommend very pleased with fitting, and attention to detail. fitter cleaned up very well
