The first time we met Greg, he gave us a rough estimate of cost. There was no hard sell. Once we confirmed that we would like him to go ahead with the work he returned and took detailed measurements. We then received a firm quote and drawings. Greg explained in advance what was going to happen so we knew what to expect. He and Scott did a great job. The quality of windows and doors is really good. We are thrilled with the job. He and Scott were easy going people to have in the house which is always a plus. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Replace 16 windows and 3 French Windows from wood to grained UPVC. Distinguished Windows (DW) was contacted and the company could not have been more polite and helpful. Immediately the Company owner visited my house to estimate the task , costs and rough measurements. The estimate cost was very reasonable. A large delay in obtaining a National Trust (NT) covenant approval was accepted by DW. On approval, the DW work force,led by the Company owner completed the task in 4 days enduring freezing weather and strong winds. The standard of workmanship was excepional in all respects. The workforce was very respectful, helpful and very tidy. Overall outstanding.

Replacing 11 Large Windows in Old Farmhouse Distinguished Windows were fantastic from start to finished. A very good, well-run business who carried out a difficult job quickly, efficiently, exactly as promised. On the very rare occasion something was not absolutely perfect, they came back in immediately to resolve it. Very impressed and will 100% use again for any future window installations.

Greg and Keri have been great from start to finish, very helpful and knowledgable and none of the sales pressure you sometimes get. Kept to the agreed dates for installation which was important as we have multiple works lined up. We had all of the doors and windows replaced which included a front door, front porch, back door, sliding door and eight windows. Very happy with the quality of the work, excellent family run business - highly recommended!

Fantastic job from start to finish, good quote and work carried out to a high standard. Very tidy, laid sheets down throughout the house and tidied up every last vit out dust before they left. Wouldnt hesitate to use them again and probably will for the remaining windows.

They gave me a quote for 5 windows which was a lot cheaper than I had been quoted by other places. The windows were fitted within 3 weeks and they were able to fit them whilst I was away on holiday. The service I received was outstanding throughout and I strongly recommend these. Brown windows are before and white UPVC are after photos.

I had 9 windows and a new front door installed all look lovely. Great company to deal with interactions was easy and staff always happy to help and the installation team were also very professional and careful. I would recommend them to all my friends and family to use very impressed :)

Good, helpful customer service throughout the process of ordering and installation. Email responses delayed at times. Only just installed porch door with side panels , and side window, but all seems well done so far.
