I only give this firm one star because I have no way of giving them 0 stars the tool bar won’t allow it. The work was absolutely appalling no expansion joints used the concrete was laid all in one piece and as a consequence to avoid it cracking it had to be cut into sections after leaving the finished drive chipped and the cuts filled with a rubber solution that’s messy looking. Insidious hardcore was used this has led to dips and unevenly laid concrete!! Puddles go all over the drive and the drive is very slippery and in winter time when it freezes will no doubt turn into an ice rink. The edges of the drive closest to the bungalow have no pattern on them and it’s just rough concrete. They also made us a new front doorstep this looks like a lunatic has made it in some amateur pottery class it’s bigger at one end than the other a complete joke!!We were supposed to pay £3600 but on completion refused and only paid £3000 which the business owner immediately accepted as if he was happy to get it! They also left the place in appalling condition mess everywhere and take away papers /sauce portions/ plastic drink containers chucked in the road. The use of the word COWBOYS really inadequately describes this company the work standard is appalling they need investigating by the authorities as it’s as much a case of taking money under false pretences as if they had come round and conned the money out of us!!! Avoid like the plague not fit to clean a driveway let alone lay one!!
