We bought a rather large conservatory some 8 years ago from Trent Valley & I must say it has been money well spent, however recently a very minor problem arose., consequently I contacted the company & there was no hesitation or query about my issue and an engineer was dispatched to my home the same week. His name was Ian & I want highly commend him for his very pleasant & efficient manner in the way he dealt with my problem. I would like to thank him again & he is a credit to the company. I would also like to pass favourable comments about the female admin employee who was most most efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Trent Valley to all my friends & family.
