Nick Bailey Roofing

ago NEW Flat roof done via subcontract from the appalling builder that did my extension. Won't provide a warranty until this builder pays him. Roof was done 5 months ago. Seems to think it's ok to not be paid which I don't understand, gives impression to not be chasing it and that builder is a top guy. Leaving me without a warranty and no way to get one. Get paid, issue the warranty, irrelevant of the subcontract if you want to keep good standing for your business. Not our fault, maybe don't work with top guys and if you get issues sort them out. Really consider if you will be protected with any contractor or indeed a subcontractor. They don't seem to care, and appear to have more money than they need!

two weeks ago I had a new complete roof put onto our detache3d garage. New boards and the new rubber covering,, also new PNC surrounds, and guttering. Nick and his team arrived early and got straight to work. Before I knew it , it was completed. No mess, they cleaned up after them, all along the stage of the job, they asked if everything was satisfactory before moving onto the next stage, nothing was to much for them, they just wanted to make sure that we were happy with the job. Very hard working, excellent workmanship, and a great completed job. We are going to be having a conservatory built, and will be getting In touch with Nick again, that's for sure. It is a family based business based in Mansfield, well established, so you know where you are. Very good competitive prices, We would strongly recommend Nick and his team, well mannered and honest, great job, thanks Nick and Team!!
