I cannot recommend L&M enough. Every part of the process was incredibly easy and straightforward. I went from initial enquiry to fitting in 3 weeks. Great communication throughout. The estimator, surveyor and fitters were all lovely and showed up exactly when they said they would. It was freezing that week but it didn't hold up the fitting of 4 windows and 2 doors. Everyone I spoke to on the phone and everyone that came out to the house were knowledgeable, pleasant and got started straight away. Cannot fault the installation at all they have done a really excellent job on my 4 windows and 2 doors. I got a little demo of the locks and fastenings and they tidied up thoroughly after themselves. Great to know there's a 10 year guarantee on everything and that everything is fensa approved. I phoned up the day after installation to ask about getting rid of some marks that might be scratches or adhesive that got stuck on the pane. L&M sent an engineer out the same day who said that it had probably been scratched with the glazing mallet during installation. They ordered me a new pane and it was fitted a week later. Unfortunate that the damage was done but L&M were incredibly quick to rectify and replace which is super impressive the week before Christmas. Again, cannot fault them and their great service and two more individuals (engineer and replacement fitter) that were also both great. Must have seen or spoken to most of the people that work there now! Similarly, the couple of days last summer where is was like 40 degrees, the back door swelled up to an extent that I couldn't close or lock it. L&M advised a temporary cooling technique, then sent an engineer the next day to recalibrate something or another so that the door fit again. They definitely honour the guarantee!
