I was given a date for the installation and it was completed as advised. I was given details of the windows and doors so that I was able to choose the products I required. I was really happy with this because I was made aware that there were options available.

We have now used this company to install double glazing products on four occasions and fully intend yo use them again. We have always found Mr Bettles and his fitters to be very professional, very pleasant to deal with and their products are superb We have already recommended the company to several of our neighbours . who were impressed with our new doors and windows and at least two of them have since had products fitted by them.
Office staff very helpful. Products appear good and sound. Installation mostly good. Work at the end felt rushed and I think things could have been finished better.
