We were very satisfied with the overall service from Window Outlet Ltd. The salesman we dealt with at the showroom was very knowledgably, helpful and friendly. The fitters were very professional, friendly and efficient, completed the fitting quite quickly and left everything neat and tidy. One even called back the following day as we had requested a thumb turn, he fitted it and waited until we were happy with it. Would definitely recommend Window Outlet Ltd.

Really good set of installation fitters, nothing too much work for them, helped me out when a sizable unexpected delivery arrived on site.
There was a slight delay in completing the installation due to illness but the installers handled this well.
Very good finish on completion - initially problem with wear on door handle - replaced without delay and problem with panel of garage door which was replacedVery good standard of work - will use again
