I honestly can't thank this company enough - particularly Peter. I came across Padiham Windows on a Google search when another Burnley-based window/door company let me down. My dad has had a number of window panes replaced (they were in and out in no time and really tidy) and a whole bathroom window & glass replacement. My dad is elderly and now has dementia and I am based down in the Midlands so can only get up there so many days per week. Peter is so flexible and unbelievably helpful. He has gone out of his way to arrange for a pest control company to remove a wasps' nest by my dad's bathroom window which Padiham Windows discovered upon trying to fit the new window. Peter sourced a local company for me within minutes, arranged the visit to my dad's for the same day, and added the cost onto my dad's window bill rather than my dad having to pay the pest control company via an invoice. Padiham Windows allow my dad to pay in his own home using a mobile Chip n PIN machine with his debit card so he doesn't need to trail into town to the bank to pay the invoice (he can't use online banking or a phone app as he just doesn't understand the tech). My dad gets quite fraught when plans change and Peter took this into account. Peter and I chat on Whatsapp and he's always so responsive. Padiham Windows offers the exact type of customer service that we all need - local and friendly and always with added value. Thank you.
