The whole experience, from initial chats with Rich Holberry and Jude in the Office, was outstanding. Rich arrived for his window appointment when promised, no pressured sell, just a quick measure up, brief look at the brochures for styles/colours etc and the quote was through my letterbox the day after! It took me a while to decide on the door colour, but Rich was really patient and didn't try to push me on a decision. Once I had made my mind up, I was pencilled into the diary and the date was confirmed around 4 weeks before the fitting was due, giving me plenty of time to sort my dogs into kennels for the duration. It took the guys 2 days to fit a big bay window, bedroom window and my new door. Obviously making big holes in walls is going to create some dust and mess but everything was left safe and tidy. Invoice matched the original quote, so no nasty surprises! I would definitely recommend Oldridge Windows and will use them again. Cheers Rich, 5 stars to you all!
