Niddal Windows Ltd.

Niddal fitted new doors and windows in 2015. I have no complaints about the quality of the materials or workmanship. However, twice in the last couple of years I have contacted them about some repairs to my back and front doors, and it was quite obvious that they were not interested, even when I said that the house was insecure. I WAS thinking about asking them to quote for some further work, but will not now be doing so. Prospective customers may wish to bear these comments in mind.

We had a man come to give us a quote he was very late for the appointment & didn't seam very interested in the work we wanted doing, he seamed to think every window we wanted replacing had a problem with it. We had had other quotes & went with one of them. We have used Niddal previously & been satisfied but not this time

I have not had the chance to deal with this company properly as providing a quote for new windows and doors for a whole house was such a 'small' job to them so they refused to quote!! Such shame as we have a building company and would have put some more business their way. Needless to say we won't be recommending them to anyone!

After having 2 new Courtyard doors fitted in May2017 and overcoming a few installation problems we were pleased with the final job In autumn 2019 one of the doors was reported faulty and the customer service leading to a final replacement door has been poor After having to have 2 replacement doors fitted, 2 broken appointments and not one single apology I deeply regret that I am unable to recommend a local company

Happy with the process overall although because of the weather the wait was longer than quoted. The team were very good from the office staff to the fitters and the windows seem of very good quality. More mess than we thought including slight damage to the back door lintal chose not to get the fitters to replace the edging around the windows as would have needed to re plaster the insides trouble is plastics now a different colour from the white windows Little niggle re the missing end from the drip strip on the door shouldn’t,t have to wait 3 weeks for a replacement. Would I use them again. YES.

3 windows and a French window replaced. The workmanship was good. The only negative point was that the cement rendering on the exterior could have been neater. Always punctual and courteous. Work done 2nd and 3rd July 2014

Bedroom window needed replacing before single storey extension was build. Your staff were courteous, both before installation and the staff on site. I also appreciated the window being installed earlier than the quoted delivery date, to fit in with the building work.

Finally, a local trade company who do a great job! Faultless from survey to quote, to choice, to price to fitting in 2021 I’ve got the best looking windows on my street ( went for the flush fit option) and they have made the house significantly warmer. There seem to be a hundred window fitting firms to choose from, it’s a minefield knowing who to go with. Niddal never hassled me for the order or money, very very easy to deal with. They’ll get my next job when I change the doors. Highly recommended.

Have had patio doors and 3 large windows fitted last week by Nigel&Nick. I would 100% recommend these 2 guys. Soo helpful, hard working,thoughtful,tidy , and went beyond their job . Just had all my windows fitted and have to say what a fantastic job Niddal have done. The quality of the job is top notch, the fitters were all fantastic, polite, courteous, hard working , clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Niddal Windows to everyone. Fantastic results thank you all.

Delighted with our two new windows, they look lovely. We had Georgian-style windows, cream wood effect finish outside, white wood effect inside, perfectly in keeping with our old cottage. I’m so pleased with the look of them. Neil and Tom fitted the windows. They are a very efficient team, quiet and courteous and have done a really neat job. They were here just for the morning and the whole operation was stress free. They tidied up well before they left, leaving the place as they had found it. I can certainly recommend Niddal Windows

We had all our windows replaced and a new conservatory top with a tiled roof, we are Absolouty delighted, the quality of the product is great and our new conservatory is amazing. The work men turned up exactly when we were told they would and we're very courteous, Neil is a real character and no request was to much trouble. We had some snagging issues at the end and these were all completed to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend!

Niddal have just replaced all of our windows with triple glazing. Not only did they do a great job and clean up after themselves but Neil and his team were reliable and a delight to have around. I would highly recommend them. Their quote was competitive and the product is a good quality and well fitted.

I can't recommend Niddal highly enough after they replaced 2 windows for us on 1 May 2014. Courteous and punctual, they've done an excellent job. Would definitely use again.

Installation of three rosewood/white casement windows, June 2013. Prompt, efficient and good workmanship. I am very pleased with my new windows and much happier as a result.
