Cumbrae Windows Ltd

Had 2 windows installed by this company in December 2017 which I am satisfied with the product and installation, I have not to date received a receipt nor the expected guarantee for the completed work. This is despite phoning 3 times with a promise that Sam would deliver this. I am disappointed and feel the company does not deliver the complete package. How can you provide proof of purchase without a receipt. My proof of payment is my bank statement which I will not post.

The installation is impressive and of a high standard. The building work is of a high standard and the conservatory quality looks professional. I note the conservatory workmanship as our previous was not of the same high standard.I remarked to Sanm during the build that I was impressed by the lack of silicone sealant - I hate the stuff as it can be used to hide poor workmanship. However silicon was used to seal the shelve to the windows - in my opinion this was not required. The shelves could have been fitted better. This is my only gripe - otherwise excellent so well done.

Just had a new front door with adjoining side light in same frame fitted . Also a new bathroom window fitted . Sam's workmanship was superb ! A pleasure to have a workman like him doing work on our project . Courteous worker who really knows what he is doing and takes the time to do the job properly . No short cuts here ! Really delighted with finished job . Totally transforms the house entrance and bathroom. Work was carried out March 2014 . Came when he said he would , worked all day and was in no rush to get away , making the place tidy when he left . Definitely consider using him again and recommend him to other potential customers .

Mr Irvine goesway above expectations that one expects these days. He is conscientious ans dedicated worker. A rare thing amongst any workforce. Would like to think he received recognition for his service.

Very highly recommend the company, in all ways would definitely use Sam and his company again.
