Started off ok. We had a written agreement what was to be done and an agreed payment schedule. We noticed that people were't turning up and the work was taking far longer than promised. Eventually after many lies he admitted that he'd "run out of money" and could we "help him out". We started paying tradesmen ourselves and got some work done untill our money ran out. He's left us living in a building site with three young children. Narborough home improvements is Gary Thompson known as Tommo or Gaz. We feel so stupid for listening to his bullshit. Be warned if you're considering employing him.
