Very disappointed with the service from Magna Windows. Had a back door and patio door. Took 5 calls by the engineers to complete the installation. We had Magna Windows because we thought that they looked professional company, that was a mistake. Back door would not fit, badly measured and would not fit, had to wait for a new one to be made. Very poor fitting by engineers, no quality control. Took 3 replacement window units in the back door, every time they brought a replacement only to find the glass was scratched on the inside of the double glazing. Then the engineers damaged our gate and didn’t say anything. I would not recommend them to anyone. Jackson’s Whetstone.

We are absolutely delighted with our new windows and back door. Everyone at the company was helpful and friendly, so we got good clear advice and options before we committed to buying, and more advice on the site visit. The fitters, Mark and Dean, were incredibly skilled and did a truly excellent job in very difficult wet, muddy weather. Great guys. Mark even installed a cat flap for us. We felt the difference in temperature in the living room the first evening the bay window was fitted, and are really happy with the product: efficient and it looks great inside and out. Based on our experience we have no hesitation in highly recommending this company.

First class service from placing the order to installation. There fitters Mark and Deans workmanship was excellent in extremely difficult weather conditions. I would highly recommend this company for all your double glazing requirements.

Just wanted to thank Magna windows and their men for making such an outstanding job of replacing our bay window. They were very nice guys to do business with and were obviously very very good at what they do. I should stress that this wasn't a straightforward job--it was a big bay window with a lot of brickwork (and an upstairs window sitting on top of it). They took a great deal of care to support it all properly and the finished job is perfect. No mess, no fuss and astonishingly quick. Neighbours have been stopping us to say how good it looks (and this is on a street where people can be a bit sniffy about uPVC windows!). Thank you Magna Windows.
