Patio doors fitted with 2 glass panels either side above the panels 2 opening windows. 1 window glass scratched 1 frame scratched. Both we understand are being replaced although we have not been told when this is going to happend.
Excellent product (French doors) which fitted in our newly converted kitchen dining room to match the lounge doors we had fitted earlier in the year as ever Kettell were very quick and efficient with great service.

Very neat and tidy finish both internally and externally. They used a protective sheet internally and cleaned up everything leaving no evidence they had been other than the new door. We had two aluminium windows replaced with upvc in the kitchen, which were set into a rendered outside wall, and a metal sliding door in the lounge was replaced. New sealed units were fitted into the bay window of the lounge. The installation team were brilliant ! They completed the project on time within two days and were courteous and helpful throughout , with an excellent installation more than meeting our expectations. Would highly recommend.

We had the windows and doors at the rear of our house replaced, this included a backdoor and a door upstairs going out onto a flat roof.
But the most important (to us) aspect was the removal of a door and large window in our back lounge and the fitting of a 4 door bifold, this involved the removal of a small wall under the window which the fitters made a fantastic job of including making good the plaster and skirting board.
We only have praise for our fitters, they were here for 4 days and were punctual, polite and left their work area very clean and tidy at the end of each day.

In the early hours of the morning of 13/11/19 one of the windows developed a large crack from top to bottom. We await Kettell Windows providing and fitting a replacement which they have agreed to do.

I inquired about the windows on a Friday, by Monday I had received a quote and on the Tuesday they were measured. I thought I had to wait 4 - 6 weeks but 10 days later all the windows and doors were installed!! A fast, friendly and efficient service from inquiry until completion. Replacement of Conservatory - dismantled old conservatory, adjusted wall, refitted frame and new solid roof with Velux windows. The team of installers (3) worked really well together and the work was completed in a week. We are really pleased with the final result and have already seen the benefit of reduced heat lose in the cold weather.
