A 1930'a semi, single storey extension, knock through and kitchen fit.

For this client we had to move the soil stack, pile the footings and then knock through as usual to create a large open plan space. We fitted this lovely high specification kitchen and flooring.

Another 1930's Semi, Extension, and Knock through

This 1930's semi had a few complications. Piling was needed, soil stack to move, again we used an Ultraframe HUP system to build the walls. The inspector wanted the square bay totallt removed before the slab was poured so we had substantial structural and steel work to do here. In this case we did not fit the kitchen or flooring

A Modern HUP Extension, Knock through and Kitchen fit.

This is a more modern home. We opted for an Ultraframe HUP system on a conventional base. Lovely silicon based external render and structural knock through to open up the original kitchen and dining room. We fitted the client kitchen and flooring to create a fabulous new open plan living space.

1940's Semi Remodel, extension, kitchen fit and flooring.

In this example, an old connie and bad 1970's kitchen extension were taken down and extended to create a ground floor kitchen dining area. We knocked out the back wall and the structural walls between the dining room and kitchen to provide a large open plan space.
