Walmer Installations Ltd

I am incredibly embarrassed writing this review. Walmer Installations have been appalling. I ordered a door (Supposedly a premium door company) in January and told that due to Covid it would be March before it would be delivered and installed. However; After 3 phone calls to Walmer Installations after the March due date. I was given 2 other alternative delivery dates. It was like pulling teeth. (They should be Dentists) Excuses; then no further contact. It was always me calling. Eventually we got the door; after 4 mths, we also ordered 2 glass panels at the same time yet we were told that those didn't make it on the delivery. with the door(probably Covid related again)...... so we waited a week as they stated that they would be in on Thursday. Yet true to form no phone call, No glass panels. I had the decency to pay immediately once the door had been fitted;I paid for the door and glass panels; I'm feeling so let down by yet another local Deal company, even after telling the director of the company that their customer service was non exsistant( She didn't seem that bothered) and I would not recommend or use the company again. Yet still NO improvement in customer service. WHY and HOW do they get continued business???? So my adventure with this company continues......

Had a new front door fitted in Aug 17, not that impressed, quite drafty and the lock is quite awkward to use, Jan 20 noticed the glass panel had misted up and was leaking inside, phoned up and was told it would be about 2 to 3 weeks, after many calls and promises a year later I'm still waiting for it to be replaced. I've used this company 3 times and also recommended to others, very disappointed in their after sales service.
