Please do not use this company. They were a nightmare from paying the deposits. They eventually fitted 7 windows for us. We had to call them out again and again to fix problems. The lady in customer service has a real chip on her shoulder and 0 customer service experience. She has a really bad attitude. We was promised a CERTASS certificate and 4 months later they still haven’t registered the work with CERTASS. I’m forever chasing them and I’ve been told I’m rude for calling them out on their lies. They won’t respond to my messages now so I’m going to trading standards. Save yourself a the frustration of this company.
