Wanted a new conservatory - our old one had been up for 25+ years. Sought out a few companies, including big national names and went with Elephant. Colin their "quote guy" was knowledgeable, didn't give us a hard sell (unlike the big national company) and came back quickly with drawings and price. The price was fantastic - we had to ask a couple of times tp make sure everything was included - which it was! Elephant then sent out a surveyor and then a formal design was offered. The design we had agreed to wouldn't work for the size we wanted but they offered alternatives, tweaked them and we agreed. Communication was great start to finish, they turned up when they said they would, they rang when delayed and all work completed to a high standard and left clean. They undertook all of the jobs - foundations, plastering and electrics so wasn't dealing with lots of companies - only thing we had to organise ourselves was flooring. There were a few issues that needed sorting out - they came out quickly, sorted them out and we now have a great new conservatory. Cannot recommend them highly enough - and I am very picky!
