We agreed to have a concrete patterned drive in July 2015,paid a deposit and nothing happened. E-Mailed in september 2015 to say if the did not give us a start date we wished to cancel the contract. They came and dug up the drive and path way and put hard core down. We paid the interim ballance and here we are 7 weeks later with a building site for a driveway. Despite several phone calls we are no futher on and with winter approaching not likely to see a driveway for some time. So now we have a flood when it rains as the water cant run off, cant use the driveway to park the car, and a path that an eldery mother in law and our daughter and her child and pram can not use safely. My advice if you use this company do not part with any money until it is complete. I have asked for a refund and will pay when work complete but this has fallen on deaf ears. If I could un-click the one star rating and give no stars I would have.
